-I- 中文摘要 商业计划书是当今投资、融资领域必不可少的一部法则,它集项目产业运作 与资本运营于一身,完美展示项目的投资价值,充分阐述项目的运作资源、运作 策略、经营战略、商业模式与行业竞争,同时它也是获得风险投资的“敲门砖”。 因此,商业计划书的质量和专业性是企业获得投资的关键点。本翻译实践以纽马 克的文本功能理论为指导,以语义翻译与交际翻译为策略,翻译了 How to Write a Business Plan 一书中的三个案例。在对比初译稿与改译稿的基础上,分析了商业计 划书的文本特点,总结了有价值的翻译方法,充分体现了翻译理论与翻译策略对 于提升译文质量的重要作用。基于商业计划书文本的专业性、准确性和目的性等 特点,本翻译实践运用了词性转换、增减译法、主语转换等翻译方法,并从整个 翻译过程中总结了心得体会,以期为更多的商业计划书文本翻译提供参考。 关键词,商业计划书翻译;语义翻译;交际翻译;信息型文本黑龙江大学硕士报告 -II- Abstract Business plan is an indispensable guidance law in investment and financing. It has the function of project operation and capital operation, which perfectly shows investment value of the project, and fully expounds the operation of the project resources, operation strategy, management strategy, business model and industry competition. Also, it is a “key” to get risk investment. The theoretical guidance of this translation task is Newmark’s text typology, and the translation strategies are semantic translation and communicative translation. Based on the theoretical guidance and translation strategies, three cases of How to Write a Business Plan are translated. Based on the comparison of the first and second version of the translation task, the author analyzes the feature of the business plan and concludes some useful translation methods. And this reflects the importance of the translation theory and translation strategy for improving the quality of translation. Based on the characteristics like profession, accuracy and finality, this report applies translation methods like word formation, increase or decrease in translation and subject translation, and tries to summarize the experience from the whole translation process. The author hopes this paper can make a contribution to helping other translation practice with the same type of text.
