随着国民经济的快速发展，人民的生活水平逐步提高，北京市对于乘坐出租车出行 的需求逐年提高。由于出租业属于政府管控行业，出租车的总量不变，造成出租行业的 工作业务量逐年增加。车辆作为重要的生产工具，出租车企业必须对车辆严格保养制度， 统一管理，保证车辆处于良好的技术状况，保证车辆安全的运营。为了减少司机的修车 成本，增加企业的利润增长点，提高社会效益，出租车企业建设出租车维修保养中心成 为解决主要矛盾的重要途径。 本文主要对北汽集团维修保养中心的建设项目进行可行性分析与评价。本文开篇表 明了项目的研究背景及目的意义，阐述了项目的可行性分析的理论基础知识，包括可行 性分析的基本概念、特点、编制的相关依据，研究内容及作用等方面，国内外研究现状 以及本报告拟采用的方法等。第三章开始对本项目可行性分析深入论证。从项目建设的 必要性分析入手，通过调研其他出租车企业的运营模式，论证建设项目的专业性、规范 性、针对性、便捷性、技术先进性、沟通性、经济型、社会性来讨论项目建设的必要性。 重点对该项目进行技术分析与经济分析，通过指标选取、识别、确认等过程构建可行性 综合评价体系，运用层次分析法以及模糊综合评价组合模型对该维修保养中心的建设进 行可行性的评价。最终章节专门针对该项目的风险进行了综合分析，运用层次分析法通 过计算各个层次元素的判断矩阵，识别该项目风险，得出结论。 关键词，维修保养中心；出租车；可行性分析；II Abstract With the rapid development of national economy, people's living standards gradually improved, Beijing has gradually increased demand for travel by taxi.
