二十世纪 90 年代以后,在政府的大力支持和引导下,我国的第三方物流企业得 到了空前的发展。以药品批发为主的药品流通企业中国九州通医药集团有限公司(以 下简称 JZT)就是在这样的背景下发展壮大的。针对中国国内医药市场物流成本高、 物流环节耗费时间长、物流资源集约化程度低的缺点,经充分的市场调研和市场分 析,JZT 制订了通过现代医药物流中心及其配套设施项目建设实施第三方医药物流企 业的发展战略。 本文首先就第三方物流国内、国际的现状及未来发展趋势,医药物流的现状及 发展趋势进行阐述和分析,并由此引出第三方物流对提升医药物流企业核心竞争力 的重要作用。其次,介绍 JZT 的现行物流模式,指出现行模式存在的不足,提出了新的 第三方医药物流模式及其提供的服务项目。分析了 JZT 建立第三方医药物流的竞争 态势并进行了 SWOT 分析。利用统计、分析的结果指出 JZT 集团成立第三方医药物 流企业对企业的生存、发展的必要性和重要意义,并论证其可行性。在此基础上,提 出 JZT 第三方医药物流的运作方案,具体阐述了 JZT 第三方医药物流初步运作方式、 运作策略、实施阶段以及公司的组织机构和部门职责。最后,本文就 JZT 建立第三 方医药物流公司做出了投资分析,分别就公司的设计目标、物流中心规划方案、物 流中心的投资预算、物流中心的财务测算及评价以及物流公司的效益进行了分析。 利用分析的结果得出了 JZT 建立第三方医药物流企业既可以获得良好的社会效益又 可以得到丰厚的投资回报的结论,进一步验证了 JZT 建立第三方医药物流的可行性, 为 JZT 集团公司未来发展提供了战略性的建议。 关键词:第三方物流 医药物流 核心竞争力II Abstract Since 1990s, supported and directed by government, 3rd PL enterprises are booming at home. Under the background, China Jiu Zhou Tong drug Group LTD. (abbreviated to JZT) was developing and became stronger and stronger. Be dead against high cost in logistics, long term around processes, and a low degree of intensivism in logistics resources, JZT worked out the developing strategy on the basis of enough research and analysis to the market. The strategy is develop to be a 3 rd PL drug enterprise through building modernized drug logistics center and other relative establishments. The article firstly summarized the situation and developing direction of 3rd PL both at home and abroad, analyzed the situation and developing direction of drug industry logistics, pointed out the importance role played by 3 rd PL to improving core competitive capability. Secondly, the article introduced actual logistics pattern in JZT, pointed out the shortage and put forward a new 3 rd PL logistics’ pattern and new service items supplied, and analyzed the competitive situation of setting up 3 rd PL in JZT and SWOT of JZT. And the article pointed out why JZT Group setting up 3rd PL is necessary and important to the surviving and developing of the enterprise, and demonstrated the feasibility based on the research of actual logistics pattern and result from analysis by statistic way. With this understanding, this article put forwards operation plan, and expatiated the principal operating mode, operating strategy, implement phases and organization framework and department responsibility in detail on 3 rd PL drug logistics in JZT. At last, by investing analyses, this article analyzed designing objective, logistic center blue print, budget of investment, cost assessment and ROI. Using the result of analysis, the conclusion is that JZT can gain not only good society benefit but also the rich return on investment. All of this certificated that setting up 3 rd drug PL is feasible in JZT, and gave strategically advice to JZT Group for developing in the future.
