在全球能源紧缺背景下,世界各国都在大力发展核电,目前核电已成为众多 发达国家的主要电力资源之一。核电的快速发展给核电起重机装备企业提供了巨 大的市场空间和发展机遇。ZG 公司是传统起重装备的专业生产企业,面临着低 端起重机的残酷市场竞争,有着转型升级的迫切需求,而实施核安全级起重机项 目是公司战略突破的关键。考虑到公司以前的可行性研究对公司战略、市场分析、 财务分析及风险分析不全面,没有建立更为全面的可行性研究分析框架。本文希 望通过对 ZG 公司核安全级起重机项目的研究,为以后企业进行项目可行性分析 提供一定的参考价值。 本文从可行性研究的基本理论和方法出发,运用 SWOT 分析对企业战略适 应性进行分析,波特五力分析对市场竞争环境进行分析、运用净现值法、盈亏平 衡分析对项目的盈利能力和偿债能力进行了分析,通过敏感性分析对项目的不确 定进行了分析,从而得出了较为科学合理的结论和项目可行的建议。 综上所述,ZG 公司核安全级起重机项目符合国家和产业发展方向,契合企 业战略,市场前景好,技术先进,配套实施完善,经济效益和社会效益显著。因 此,ZG 公司实施本项目是可行的。同时,本项目的可行性分析可以作为 ZG 公 司项目投资决策的参考,从而基本达到了本课题研究探讨的主要目的。 关键词:核安全级起重机;可行性研究;项目建设;分析评价河南财经政法大学硕士学位报告 2 Abstract At present, all countries in the world are making great efforts to develop nuclear power in the situation of global energy shortages. Nuclear power has become one of the major power resources in many developed countries. The rapid development of nuclear power has provided a huge market space and development opportunities for lifting equipment manufacturers. ZG Corporation is a professional manufacturer of traditional lifting equipment. It is facing the cruel market competition of low-end cranes and has the urgent need of transformation and upgrading. The implementation of the nuclear safety-grade crane program is the key to the strategic breakthrough of the company. Due to the company's previous feasibility study was not comprehensive with regard to company strategy, market analysis, financial analysis, and risk analysis, a more comprehensive feasibility study analysis framework was not established. This article hopes to research ZG's nuclear safety-grade crane program so as to provide some reference value for future feasibility analysis of the program construction. This paper starts from the basic theory and method of feasibility study. The strategic adaptability of the company was analyzed by SWOT analysis method, the market competition environment was analyzed by Porter Five Forces analysis method, the program's profitability and the solvency capability was analyzed by Net Present Value and Break-even analysis method, and the program uncertainty was analyzed by sensitivity analysis method. In the end of this paper more scientific and reasonable conclusions and feasible proposals for the program were obtained from these analyses. In summary, ZG's nuclear safety-grade crane program is in accordance with the national and industrial and company's strategy development direction. The program has good market prospects, advanced technology, complete supporting facilities, and significant economic and social benefits. Therefore, it is feasible for ZG to implement this program.
