城市工业园区集中供热是节能、环保的重要途径,是城市现代化的主要基础设施之 一,更为城市工业园区的可持续发展提供了良好的环境条件和基础设施,具有一定的社 会效益和经济效益。 报告紧密结合南昌市经济开发区的实际状况,按照经开区发展规划要求对南昌市经 济开发区进行了集中供热(冷)可行性研究。在分析南昌市经开区集中供热现状和热负 荷现状的基础上,结合经开区实际情况和产业要求,对经开区的热负荷进行了规划和设 计。分析了经开区电力发展规划,体现了集中供热(冷)在经开区的重要作用。分析了 经开区热源现状,对南昌市经开区的热源进行规划,确定了热源的供热范围、规模和方 案及其设备选型,并对热力管网进行了规划,为实现热电联产和集中供热提供了技术支 持。对经开区集中供热规划方案进行了经济评价和环境评价,通过核算体现出规划方案 的经济效益和环境效益。最终得出结论,规划能源站的建设符合国家节能减排政策,具 备了建厂各项外部条件,满足了南昌经济开发区的热(冷)负荷需求,对于节能减排, 实现可持续发展意义重大。 关键词,集中供热(冷);热负荷;热源;经济效益;环境效益;工业园区II Abstract Urban central heating is the important way of energy saving and environmental protection, is one of the main infrastructure of urban modernization, is also one of the important symbols of the economic development, and it can provide a good environmental conditions and good infrastructure for sustainable development of urban industrial park, has certain good social and economic benefits. According to the open area development planning requirements, the central heating (cold) the feasibility study on Nanchang city economic development zone is made in the paper, which connect with actual situation of economic development zone of Nanchang closely. Firstly, on the basis of analysis the open zone of Nanchang city present situation of district heating and the heat load status quo, and combining with zone reality and industry requirements, the thermal load of economic development zone is planned and designed. Secondly, power development planning of economic development zone is anlayzed, which reflected the important role of the central heating (cold) in the economic development zone through the analysis of the status of district power grid, power balance status, central heating (cooling) vital role in open areas. Third, heat source condition is analyzed, source condition of economic development zone is planned, heating range, scale and equipment type selection of heat source are determined, and thermal pipe network is also planned. All of them provide technical support for the realization CHP and centralized heating. Finally, the Economic evaluation and environmental assessment of economic development zone are made. The economic and environmental benefits of planning programme are reflected through the accounding. Ultimately concluded that planning construction consistent with national energy-saving emission reduction policies in the energy station, have the external conditions of building factory, meet hot (cold) load demand of Nanchang economic development zone, it is has a great sinnificance for energy-saving emission reduction and the achievement of sustainable developmen.
