摘要 随着国际上单点系泊技术的不断发展,其在建设成本!作业安全性!操作成 本!作业效率等方面的优势越来越明显的表现出来面对国际上单点技术,尤其 是CALM型单点系统的广泛应用,我国大陆的发展相对滞后 本文首先介绍了CALM系统的配置及优越性,结合茂名石化CALM系统运营 15年的成功经验,通过对渤海经济圈的钻石级港口-一曹妃甸港区的实际调研, 包括港区现有水工设施的介绍以及未来20年原油吞吐量和到港船型的预测,对 CALM系统建设必要性进行分析,并通过对比CALM系统相对传统码头的优势, 理论上得出用CALM系统取代预留30万吨级原油码头泊位是利大于弊的最后通 过对曹妃甸港区自然条件可行性和CALM型单点系泊系统技术可行性进行分析, 包括曹妃甸港区的水文气象条件!地质地貌特征以及CALM型单点系泊技术的发 展现状,并运用模糊综合评价法对曹妃甸港区建设CALM系统的环境可行度进行 评价,得出曹妃甸港区是可以并且适合建设悬链式锚腿系泊系统的 本文理论联系实际,依据美国船级社((RulesForBuildingandelassingsingle PointMoorings6<1996)和我国国家石油和化学工业局制定的5单点系泊装置建造 与入级规范6(2000)的研究内容!项目和方法,从经济性和安全性角度考虑,对 曹妃甸港区CALM系统可行性建设进行初步研究,旨在推进我国CALM型单点系 泊系统在国内的应用进程 关键词:进程;可行性;单点系泊;曹妃甸港区;模糊综合评价法英文击所要 AbstraCt WhiletheteehniqueofsinglePointmooringkeePsdeveloPingallthetime,its advantages,ineludingeonstruetioneosts,oPeratingsafety,oPeratingcosts,oPerating effieieney,areshowninereasinglyobvious.AsintemationalSPMteehnique,esPeeially forCALMteehnique,beingwidelyused,itdevelopseomparativelyslowinChina.
