-I- 摘要 综采工作是煤炭企业从事生产经营活动的核心环节。长期以来,受地质条件、 作业环境、管理文化、人员素质等因素影响,综采工作一直处于粗放式发展状态, 严重影响了煤炭企业的管理水平、经济效益和发展质量。近年来,我国一些煤炭行 业相继提出和实施了精细化管理。 本文以开滦集团荆各庄矿业分公司为研究对象,采取文献研究、调研分析、定 量分析与定性分析结合等方法,深入剖析了综采工作的管理现状及存在问题,运用 精细化管理相关理论和方法,优化设计了综采工作精细化管理方案。主要做了以下 工作, 首先,进行文献研究。通过阅读大量的精细化管理相关书籍和文献,对精细化 管理、工作流程再造、标准化工序管理等科学理论有了系统性的认识。同时借鉴国 内外企业精细化管理经验,为拓展写作思路奠定了坚实基础。 其次,开展调研分析。通过调研,了解了开滦集团荆各庄矿业分公司的企业概 况及综采工作现状,分析了综采工作精细化管理现状,剖析了影响综采工作精细化 管理的因素。 第三,优化设计方案。结合调研分析结果,应用安东尼结构、6S 管理、ECRS 分析法、PDCA 循环、TPM 管理、KPI 考核等管理方法,设计了开滦集团荆各庄矿 业分公司综采工作精细化管理优化方案,构建了实施精细化管理的整体框架。 最后,制定保障措施。围绕推进综采工作精细化管理的实施,提出了组织保障、 宣传保障、培训保障等保障措施,为综采工作实施精细化管理提供了有力支撑。 希望本文的研究能够对提高煤炭企业综采工作管理水平、提升生产效率、改善 管理效果提供一定的参考和帮助。 关键词,煤炭企业;综采工作;精细化管理燕山大学工商管理硕士学位论文 -II- Abstract Fully mechanized mining is the core link of coal enterprises to engage in production and management activities. For a long time, affected by geological conditions, operating environment, management culture, personnel quality and other factors, fully mechanized mining has been an extensive development state, seriously affecting the management level, economic efficiency and development quality of coal enterprises. In recent years, some coal industries in China have successfully proposed and implemented refined management. This paper takes Kailuan Group Jinggezhuang Mining Branch as the research object, and adopts methods such as literature research, investigation analysis, methods quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis and analyze the situation and existing problems of fully mechanized mining in Kailuan Group Jinggezhuang Mining Branch, designed refined management of fully mechanized mining by using the related theories and methods of refined management. Mainly efforts are as follows: First, literature research. Through reading a large number of refined management books and literature, we have a systematic understanding of scientific theories such as refined management, workflow reengineering, and standardized process management. At the same time, it draws on the experience of refined management of domestic and foreign enterprises, which lays a solid foundation for expending the writing ideas. Second, conduct research and analysis. Through the investigation, the company’s general situation and fully mechanized mining status of Kailuan Group Jinggezhuang Mining Branch, the status of fully mechanized mining, and the factors affecting the refined management fully mechanized mining were analyzed. Third, optimize the design. Combined with the results of research and analysis, using the management methods of Anthony structure, ECRS analytical method, 6S management, PDCA cycle, TPM management, KPI assessment, etc., the refined management optimization of fully mechanized mining of Kailuan Group Jinggezhuang Mining Branch was designed. The program builds the overall framework for implementing refinedAbstract -III- management. Finally, develop safeguards. Focusing on the implementation of refined management of fully mechanized mining, the paper puts forward safeguard measures such as organizational guarantee, propaganda guarantee and training guarantee, which provides strong support for the implementation of refined management of fully mechanized mining. It is hoped that that research in this paper can provide some reference and help for improving the management level of fully mechanized mining of coal enterprises, improving production efficiency and improving management effect.
