建筑行业在我国近几年来的经济建设和社会发展当中起着越来越重要的推 进作用。随着建筑作业的施工需求量逐渐增大，施工复杂程度的增加，建筑行业 在人员技术水平的提高、设备购置、使用、维护，项目整体管理等方面遇到挑战 的同时，在安全管理过程中，能够运用系统、明确的管理手段，在保障人员、设 备在安全条件下进行施工，不但是国家政策方针的要求，更是建筑企业能够进行 项目施工的前提。为了更好的进行安全管理工作，本文针对建筑行业的安全管理 现状，提出了运用层次分析法来构建安全标准化的管理体系。分析建筑行业在进 行安全管理工作过程中的影响因素，将整理出的因素进行权重分析后，进一步筛 选分级，综合考虑各因素对同一层级的其他因素和整体的影响。经过较为系统的 运用安全标准化手段构建安全管理体系后，使得作业人员的安全意识水平、安全 行为方面，以及施工设备的安全使用和维护、施工环境的改善，制度的具体性和 可执行性方面有进一步的提高，能够更好地配合安全管理工作的开展。 关键词，建筑安全；标准化；层次分析法综合评估；安全管理 ABSTRACT In recent years, construction industry in our country in econom ic construction and social development is playing a m ore and more important role in prom oting. Along with the construction work of the c onstruction demand is gradually increasing, the increase of the co mplexity of construction, the constructi on industry in the improvement of technology, equipment purchase, use, maintenance, overall project management challenges at the same time, in the process of safety management, to use the system, clear management means, in the protection of personnel and equipment in safety conditions for construction, is not only the requirement of national policy, is the premise of building enterprise to undertake project construction. In order to better for safety management, safety management status quo of the construction industry , the author of this paper, using the analytic hierarchy process (ahp) was proposed to build safety standardization of the m anagement system. Analysis in the construction industry safety management in the process of influencing factors, will sort out factor weighting analysis, further screening classification, considering various factors to the influence of other factors and the whole of the same level. After systematically by means of safety standardization construction of safety m anagement system, the level of safety consciousness, safety behavior of operating personnel, as well as the safet y of the construction equipm ent operation and maintenance, construction environment improvement, concreteness and enforceability has further im proved, better able to cooperate with the safety management work.
