七台河 110KV 环城变电所新建项目可行性研究 电力项目具有投资大、项目周期长、不确定因素多等特征,项目成败的关键取决 于可行性的正确与否,而可行性的依据是根据可行性研究对项目进行科学的分析和预 测。所以电力项目的可行性评价,就非常的必要的。本文在研究方法上,分别从技术、 经济和社会效益三个方面,对七台河 110Kv 环城变电所新建项目的可行性进行了评价。 110Kv 城镇变电所是我国城镇普遍应用的电力系统变电方式,具有相当高的实用性 和代表性,所以对此项目的研究可以基本了解我国城镇 110Kv 变电所的系统组成和线 路构造及其建设思路。本次设计中,首先根据该城区能够取得的电源及区内用电负荷 的实际情况对提供的原始负荷资料进行分析,并对负荷进行计算,确定变电所所需的 主变容量、数量,以及拟定主接线方案。在考虑到城区今后发展与规划,按照 110Kv 变电所“小型化,造价低,安全可靠,技术先进”的建设原则,变电所的总平面布置 按小型化方案设计,考虑节约用地,电气平面布置力求简洁、合理、少占用农田,并 便于设备的检修维护。其次,考虑到短路故障对系统对系统的严重影响,分析和计算 短路电流,并根据短路电流值对主要高压电气设备和进出线设备进行合理选择。对变 电所的二次回路、机电保护系统、防雷系统及接地保护系统也进行了详细的设计,从 此提出 110Kv 变电所设计和建设方案,研究结果表明本项目可行。 关键词,电力项目 可行性 综合评价II ABSTRACT The Project Feasibility Study Of Qitaihe City Huancheng 110Kv Substation construction Power project has the features of large amount of investment, long project cycle, and many uncertainties. The key to its success depends on the correctly decision-making, and decision making is based on the feasibility study of scientific analysis and prediction. So the feasibility evaluation of the power project is very necessary and important. This paper, based on Technology Economics, Project Management and Fuzzy Matter. Element Theory, analysed feasibil its studies of Qitaihe city Huancheng 110Kv substation expansion project. In research methods, this article first separately from thetechnical, economic and social benefits in three areas of Qitaihe Grass Temple 110Kv substation expansion project feasibility evaluation of a single factor. Treatment at the weights on, this article uses subjective weights and objective weights of the combination model. 110Kv substation electrical system in urban town is widely used, there is more higher practical and representative, so this topic research can be a basic understanding of our town of 110Kv substation system composition and structure and construction ideas. This design, firstly, according to the city's power supply and can be achieved in the actual situation of electrical load, the original data to provide load is analyzed, and USES of electricity load coefficient method to determine the calculation, the main transformer substation step-down for capacity, the quantity and the wiring scheme worked. In considering the city planning and development in the future, according to type 110Kv substation,miniaturization, low cost, safety and reliability, and advanced technology, the principle of the substation construction according to the general layout design, consider saving miniaturization, covers an area of electrical layout, reasonable, concise and easy, occupy farmland less maintenance equipment. Second, considering the fault of the serious influence on system, analysis and calculation, and according to the short-circuit current high-voltage electrical current circuit for main equipment and take-off equipment rationally choose. Again, the secondary circuit for substation and relay protection system, lightning protection and grounding system is alsoIII described in the system design, and proposes the design and construction of 110Kv substation, The results show that the project is feasible.
