近年来,随着中国人口老龄化问题的日益突出,中国的康养产业发展呈现了 蓬勃发展之势。攀枝花作为一个传统的资源型工业城市,在谋求产业转型,摆脱 资源城市的宿命之路上未雨绸缪,在全国率先提出打造“阳光康养旅游城市”的 区域发展战略,利用自身温度、湿度、海拔度、洁净度、优产度、和谐度的六度 资源禀赋,积极探索“康养+”产业的发展,开拓了一条跨越农业、工业、医疗、 旅游、运动的产业融合发展之路。 “逆水行舟、不进则退”,2018年,四川省委提出将攀枝花打造成为国际 阳光康养旅游目的地这一战略目标后,在全国各地康养产业蓬勃发展的今天,攀 枝花康养产业面临新的历史使命与突破。 本文以攀枝花市康养产业发展情况为研究对象,借助康养业六度资源禀赋理 论、旅游业新旧“六要素”理论,对照大量文献、数据、资料分析攀枝花康养产 业发展的现状与存在的问题。通过深度走访市康养产业管理部门及部分代表性企 业管理层,深入探寻攀枝花康养产业存在问题的根源及深层次的原因。通过借鉴 “人口红利”等理论及先进国家和地区康养产业发展的模式与经验,深度分析攀 枝花康养产业发展的措施与对策,旨在为攀枝花打造“国际阳光康养旅游目的地” 提供一些有参考和借鉴意义的对策建议。 关键词:攀枝花;康养产业;现状;对策Studyonthedevelopmentstatusandcountermeasuresof HealthcareindustryinPanzhihuacity Abstract Inrecentyears,withtheincreasinglyprominentproblemofagingpopulationin China,thedevelopmentofChina'shealthcareindustryhasshownatrendofvigorous development.Panzhihuaasaresource-basedindustrialcity,lookingforindustry transformation,getridofthedestinyontheroadofresourcescitiesforarainyday, thefirstinthecountryputforwardtobuildsunshinetouristcityoftheregional developmentstrategy,usingtheirowndegreeoftemperature,humidity,altitude, cleanliness,superiorproduction,harmoniousdegreesofsixdegreesofresources endowment,activelyexplore”Healthcare+”industries,developaacrossthe agricultural,industrial,medical,tourism,sportsindustryintegrationdevelopment.
