项目投资就是一种以特定项目为对象,直接与新建项目或更新改造项目有关 的投资行为,是任何一个现代化生产企业扩大生产规模、调整产业结构、进行产 业升级和经济转型等的不同阶段而釆用的一个重要手段和决策过程。项目投资对 企业有着及其重要的意义,因为它是企业生产发展的必要手段,也是企业实现财 务目标管理的基本前提,更是企业降低风险的重要方法。如果一个项目投资正确, 不但可以提高企业的技术经济实力和创新能力,甚至可以提高企业的市场竞争力。 但与其他形式的投资相比,项目投资具有投资金额较大、持续时间较长、变现能 力较差、投资风险较大等特点,所以任何一个企业在项目投资前都非常谨慎,对 新项目投资的可行性研究就显得更为重要。 所谓项目可行性研究,就是在项目进行投资决策前,在经过对项目相关事项 进行全面调查的基础上,通过对市场、技术、环境和财务等进行分析,从技术和 经济等角度去判断该项目是否可行而进行的科学分析和综合评价。可行性研究可 以为企业进行投资决策提供科学有力的依据,给投资的决策者提供必要的参考, 所以说可行性研究是项目投资决策前必须要进行的非常重要的阶段。 本文就是以西林公司自动化生产线项目为研究对象,从项目投资的背景和意 义入手,通过对市场的预测,得出该项目的建设规模和产品方案,然后对如何进 行该项目投资进行阐述,从项目建设的条件以及建设方案两方面进行说明,包括 对环境、劳动保护与安全卫生、消防以及组织机构与人力资源配置等方面阐述如 果对该项目进行建设。然后进行说明该投资的估算与资金筹措,意在说明该项目 的所需资金数额以及资金来源构成,最后从财务效益的角度进行可行性分析,包 括对收入、利涌、成本费用、现金流量、投资回收期等指标的计算说明,最后在 上述分析的基础上又进行了风险性分析,并对风险防范对策也进行了说明,从而 得出该项目不仅在技术上可行,在财务上也具有一定的可行性,同时又能抵御一 定的风险因素。 本研究报告可以为决策者提供决策分析的基础性研究成果资料,同时对同行 业或其他从事SMT加工的企业或其他公司有一定的借鉴和参考作用。 关键词:项目投资;可行性研究;报告 MBA学位报告作者:冯丽平 西林公司SMT自动化生产线项目的可行性研究 ABSTRACT An investment is targeted to a specific project, with new projects or invest tments are directly related to the behavior of the renovation project, any modern production enterprises to expand production scale, adjust the industtial structure, carry out at different stages of industrial upgrading and economic restructuring. An investment is regarded as an important means for the decision-making process . Investment has its extreme importance for enterprise because it is a necessary means of production development as well as corporate financial taigets to achieve the basic premise of the management; it is an important way to reduce the risk of business. Not only an investment can improve the economic strength and technological innovation capacity of enterprises, and even improve their market competitiveness If an investment is correct. But compared with other forms of investment, project investment has characteristics of a large amount,longer duration, less liquidity, greater investment risk,so any business are very cautious on new investment projects and the feasibility study is even more important before the investment. The so-called pre-feasibility study is carried out in ttie project investment decisions in matters related to the project after a thorough investigation, the market, technology, environment and finance were analyzed from a technical and economic point of view to determine whether the project scientific analysis conducted feasibility and comprehensive evaluation. Feasibility studies are for enterprises to make investment decisions and provide scientific basis for effectiveness and provide tiie necessaiy reference to the investment decision-makers, so that the feasibility study is very important stage and must be carried out before the project investment decisions. This article is written taking Xilin company automated production line project as the research object, starting from the background and significance of the project investment feasibility analysis of the project from the market, operational and financial aspects, but on the basis of the above analysis has conducted a risk analysis to arrive at the project not only technically feasible, financially it is feasible,and can withstand a certain risk factors. Fundamental research information for decision-makers in this study can provide decision analysis, while others engaged in the same trade or business or other SMT processing companies have some reference and reference.
