I 摘要 企业开展多种形式的员工培训学习,重点在于提高企业员工个人职业素养和专业技 术能力水平,把以强化企业核心竞争实力作为企业员工培训的重点和目标,这样的培训 不仅使员工个人受益,也是一个企业参与市场经济竞争的有利武器,从而达成企业与员 工之间的“双赢”目的。 近几年在道路养护施工项目方面,山西诚信建设公司的业务水平和生产规模有了不 断的扩大,但是随着公司运行规模和经济效益的整体发展,公司员工队伍素质参差不齐, 传统的培训方式已经不能适应现代化企业的要求,在公司的人力资源管理方面,尤其在 员工培训方面逐渐暴露了一些问题。从当前山西诚信建设公司的发展现状来看,解决公 司所面临的企业发展瓶颈问题重在改良公司在员工培训工作中出现的问题。论文将在国 内外学者在企业员工培训研究现状的基础上,通过对企业员工培训理论的学习以及山西 诚信建设公司员工培训现状的研究,运用调查问卷等研究方法,找出山西诚信建设公司 员工培训目前存在的问题,剖析问题存在的原因,提出解决问题的对策。通过提高公司 及员工对员工培训工作的重视,增强公司员工培训内容的针对性,引入当今先进的培训 模式激发员工对培训工作的热情和积极性,提升山西诚信建设公司员工培训工作的效 果。 关键词,员工培训;建设公司;问题与对策Abstract II Abstract In the current increasingly fierce development of the international economic competition, enterprises carry out various kinds of employee training study. The focus is to improve the enterprise staff personal professional quality and professional technical ability level to strengthen the enterprise core competitive power as the focus of the enterprise staff training and target, for example, training does not only benefit the individual, as enterprises to participate in the competition of the market economy, it is to achieve win-win between enterprise and employee demands. In recent years in the construction of road maintenance projects in both units bidding competition, against the background of Shanxi Integrity Construction Company business level and the scale of production have continued to expand and ascend, but with the overall development of company operation in scale and economic benefits, the company staff quality gaps. The traditional way of training for the modern enterprise is relatively backward, especially in management staff training in the company's human resources, which gradually exposed some problems in this area. In view of the current development status of Shanxi Integrity Construction Company, the bottleneck problem of enterprise development faced by the company is mainly solved in improving the staff training of the company. This article will do research enterprise staff training from domestic and overseas scholars. Through the study of the theory of enterprise staff training and current situation of Shanxi Integrity Construction Company staff training, using the methods of questionnaire and visiting panel to find the existing problems in Shanxi Integrity Construction Company employee training, analyzing the reasons of the existence of problems, and puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problem. Through improving the enterprise and employees' attention to employee training, improving the construction of the company's employee training system, introducing the current advanced training mode to stimulate employees' enthusiasm and enthusiasm for the training work, and improving the effect of Shanxi Integrity Construction Company's employee training.
