在能源日益短缺,环保压力与日俱增的今天,世界各国正在进行着各种新式能源的 尝试,中山热电联产项目就像是在新春过后播下的一粒希望,正在酝酿着,蓄势待发, 破土而出。能源是我们整个人类赖以生存的基本条件和社会发展的原动力。随着社会的 不断进步和工业技术的飞速发展,人类将从工业时代的以“规模效益”为特点的第一代 能源的利用方式,转向信息时代以“效益定规模”的第二代能源利用方式。 目前全世界都在为推动第二代能源系统的建设而努力,各国纷纷积极进行相关立法 准备,抓紧开发相关设备和技术。在第二代能源系统的六个基本的特征中,热电(冷)联 产系统正是其中重要的一个发展方向,在世界各国的能源规划与发展中得到充分的重 视。而热电联产项目在提高能源利用率,减少环境污染,促进城市现代化和提高人民生 活水平上更是扮演着举足轻重的角色,所以,我国是积极鼓励和热切支持热电联产事业 的发展。 但是从南方区域寥寥无几的几个热电联产项目来看,都以单独供应某家大型用热企 业为主,供热企业和用热企业互相依托、相扶相持,模式单一。而与北方区域的热电联 产项目相比,南方区域因缺失稳定的家庭用户的热源供应而显得不能保障平稳经营情 况,经营模式情况令人担忧。笔者试通过对中山市三角镇工业区内的热电联产项目的配 套热网进行探索,以此剖析中山热电联产项目配套热网工程项目在南方区域实施的可行 性。 关键词,热电联产;可行性;工程II ABSTRACT In energy supply and environmental pressures increasing today, the world is a variety of new energy to power, heat Cogeneration project is like after the spring festival in the hearts of a grain of hope was brewing balanced and poised, springing up. energy is our whole which is basic conditions and social development initiatives. The constant innovation and technology, mankind has evolved from the industrial age to the scale for the first generation of energy use, turn to the information age efficiency of the scale of the second generation of energy approach. At present,the whole world is to promote the second generation of energy system, all countries to prepare relevant legislation, and the development of appropriate equipment and technology. In the second generation of energy systems of the six basic characteristic of planned (cold) Cogeneration system is the important development in the world's energy planning and development has been fully appreciated. the electric Cogeneration project in the higher energy accessibility and reduce environmental pollution and promote a modern city and improve the people's living level is very important role to play, therefore, our country is actively encouraged and supported the intent hot Cogeneration career. But since the area was a few hot electricity Cogeneration project, all alone in the supply of a large enterprises with a hot, energy heating and a hot enterprise depends on each other, in a stalemate, a single pattern. and the northern region of the project, the southern region Cogeneration because of lack of a stable domestic users hot supply and seemed to ensure smooth operation, management pattern is worrying.
