体育教育是学校教育的重要组成部分,对学生的身心健康发展、思想道德培 养、智力开发、人文素质和科学文化素质培养等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。武 术是我国独有的体育教学内容,是中华民族文化的杰出代表。在学校体育课堂上 武术教学本应该深受小学生们的喜欢才是,可是在学校武术教学中由于教学方 法、考核评价、练习方法等受传统武术的影响非常严重,已不再适合现代小学生 的生理及心理需求,另外再加上武术自身重基本功、周期长、小学生不适易学习 等的特点,导致学生喜欢武术而讨厌上武术课的现象出现。 武术操是一项新的体育教学内容,是在中华武术基本动作技能和套路基础上 加以创新,结合音乐,创编的类似广播体操的一种身体练习形式。是学校武术开 展武术教学的一种新形式,也是推广武术教学的重要瓶颈。 本文通过文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法 等研究方法,以长春市部分小学的武术教师和学生为调查对象,对长春市开展武 术操课的必要性与可行性进行了理论研究,结果表明, 1.通过对长春市小学师生以及专家的调查、统计、分析,得出长春市小学 开展武术操教学是可行的。 2.通过调查现在武术课开展现状不容乐观,可以通过开展武术操改变该现 状,使学生身体健康水平得到进一步提高。 3.武术操对小学生的身心健康发展、思想道德培养、智力开发、人文素质 和科学文化素质培养等具有深远的现实意义。 4.在长春市小学开展武术操教学符合广大师生的愿望,符合《国家学生体 质健康标准》的要求,也符合健康第一,终身体育的要求,同时丰富了校园体育、 文化、娱乐生活。 关键词,长春市;小学;武术操;可行性;研究II Abstract Content: Physical education is an important part of school education, it play an irreplaceable role in psychosomatic development of students, moral culturing, intelligence development, the cultivation of humanistic quality and scientific culture quality. Wushu is the Chinese unique physical education teaching content; it is the outstanding representative of Chinese national culture. In PE classroom, wushu teaching should have win warm praise from primary students. However, because seriously influenced by traditional wushu in teaching method, examination and evaluation and practice method, wushu teaching in school is no longer suitable for physiological and psychological demand of modern primary students. In addition, wushu itself has many characteristics for examples: stress on basic skills, long period, not suitable for primary students, these lead to the phenomenon that primary students hate the wushu class. Wushu drilling is a new content of physical education, it is a body exercise form which is choreographed on the basis of basic movement skills and routine of Chinese wushu, combining innovation and music. It is a new form of wushu teaching developed by the school, and it also is an important bottleneck of spreading wushu teaching. In this paper, by using the literature consultation method, specialist interview method, investigation and questionnaires method, mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method, and take wushu teachers and students from part of primary schools in Changchun city as investigation object, the author did theoretical research on the necessity and feasibility of developing wushu drilling class in chuangchun city, and the results showed that: 1. By doing the statistic analysis of teachers and students from primary schools and experts in Changchun city, we can draw the conclusion that it is feasible to develop wushu drilling class in primary schools in Changchun city. 2. By doing the investigation we can know that the development present situation of wushu class is not optimistic, and we can change the present situation by developing wushu drilling and further improve the physical health of students. 3. Wushu drilling has profound insignificance in psychosomatic development of students, moral culturing, intelligence development, the cultivation of humanistic quality and scientific culture quality. 4.
