I 摘要 全球经济社会的不断发展推动了技术创新和管理创新,企业在经营发展过程 中也往往会面临日新月异的经营与市场环境,这就意味着企业必须不断加强对新 知识、新理论的学习,建设学习型组织,用以指导和促进企业的发展与时代保持 同步。学习型组织的价值不仅在于能够完善企业的内部管理,提高经营效率,更 在于在不断发展的社会大环境中,能够具备创新能力和可持续发展能力,可以说 建立学习型组织已经成为企业能够长期持久稳定发展的重要核心要素。SDZT 公 司是一家以工程设计及工程项目总承包为主营业务的公司,同样也面临着如何建 设好学习型组织,应对新的市场形势的问题。作为从事传统行业的公司,SDZT 公司在创新发展过程中所遇到的问题是大多数传统企业都可能面临的,其创建学 习型组织的相关理念与方式也具有比较典型的参考价值。 本文首先介绍了有关学习型组织的概念以及相关的基础理论,随后结合 SDZT 公司的实际情况,分析并探索了其学习型组织建设的优化问题,基于对 SDZT 公司当下经营现状的分析,认为要想改变公司当前的现状,实现企业的可 持续发展,建立科学可行的学习型组织迫在眉睫,其次针对 SDZT 公司的实际情 况,运用文献分析法、访谈法、调查法探究 SDZT 公司在当前创建学习型组织过 程中的基本状况,深入分析创建过程中存在的问题,尤其对 SDZT 公司的学习机 制、学习环境存在的不足进行了分析。第三,针对 SDZT 公司学习型组织建设的 具体特点,提出相关优化策略,从组织机构建设、沟通管理、加强学习交流等多 角度提出具体的建议,促进学习型组织的健康科学发展。通过为 SDZT 公司建立 一套完整的学习型组织优化方案,不仅能够帮助 SDZT 公司完善自身管理和企业 发展,更能为其他类似企业建立学习型组织的理念与思路提供重要的借鉴。 关键词:SDZT 公司;学习型组织;优化方式;企业管理山东理工大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT II ABSTRACT The continuous development of global economy and society promotes technological innovation and management innovation, many business leaders are gradually strengthen the organization learning and change the degree of attention, for improve enterprise sustainable development power solutions. In recent years, the emergence of the learning organization designed to enhance the level of organization and the employee's knowledge ability and provide the inexhaustible intellectual support for enterprise development. In fact, there are many successful cases have proved that the learning organization has unique advantages. SDZT is a company mainly engaged in engineering design and engineering projects. Taking SDZT learning organization as the research object, using literature analysis, interview method, investigation method to explore SDZT company in the current basic situation of creating learning organization in the process of in-depth analysis of the problems that exist in the creation process. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current operating situation of SDZT, and puts forward that the problems facing the company need to help the enterprise grow rapidly by establishing effective learning organization. In the process of learning organization optimization, the related knowledge includes management knowledge, learning organization theory and so on. After introducing knowledge management knowledge, learning organization theory and the basic content, build the overall framework of the learning organization, and formulated the corresponding optimization strategy at the same time, to ensure the learning organization can be reliable and stable operation. Article on the basis of the above content summarized the following contents: first, the development of the enterprise current situation, determines the need to constantly learning and progress, otherwise there may be eliminated by the society. In the analysis of the current development of the enterprise, it mainly introduces the development opportunities and existing crisis in front of the enterprise, and puts forward that it is imperative to optimize the learning organization. In order to guarantee the realization of the learning organization optimization, need the learning mechanism of SDZT company, the details of specific learning environment for analysis, and with the tools of modern information technology, fully guarantee the learning organization optimization work smoothly.
