体育彩票是世界上许多国家政府批准发行的利用彩票筹集体育事业发展资金的 一种经济手段。在市场经济条件下，体育彩票作为一种特殊的商品，是体育产业化经 营的重要内容之一。本文以发行乒乓球彩票的可行性为研究点，首先阐述了在我国发 行乒乓球彩票的理论基础。在此基础上，本文以部分彩民、乒乓球球迷或政府机关、 主管机构、行业人员、营销人员等为调查对象，对影响乒乓球彩票发行的各种因素进 行了调查，调查结果显示在我国发行乒乓球彩票是可行的，但也存在着一些制约乒乓 球彩票发行的因素，如乒乓球项目目前本身的缺陷、法制管理方式的弊病等，提出一 些相应的建议和对策，并对乒乓球彩票发行的前景进行了展望。 关键词，乒乓球彩票；可行性；调查；因素分析Abstract Sports lottery is a kind of economical means of collecting funds for the development of sports cause,which is allowed and published by many countries in the world. As a special mommodity,it is one of the important items of industrilized management on sports under market economical conditions. This papar is foucused on the feasibility of publishing table tennis lottery,and firstly elaborated our country’s basic theories about it.Then,the author takes some groups of people as investigate objects,such as lottery purchaser、table tennis fans、government officers、charge orgnizations、workers and salesmen.At the same time, several factors effected the publishment of table tennis lottery are also investgated and the result shows that the issue of table tennis lottery is practicable but still exsits lots of limited factors,such as the defects of the table tennis itself and the disadvantages on ways of legal manegement. Finnally, the author put forward some related advices and countermeasures to the problems,then looks forward to the future about the table tennis lottery.
