在我国老年人口众多且处于“未富先老”的国情下，在对众多养老模式的不断探 索与尝试中，结合家庭养老与机构养老的居家养老模式应运而生，在我国得到了广泛 的推广。本文的研究对象是城市社区居家养老服务，是目前比较符合现实养老需要的， 并符合社会经济发展趋势的一种养老方式。近些年来，我国城市社区居家养老服务得 到了迅速的发展，在一些城市以及市区都有所覆盖。 本文对相关文献进行了整理分析，总结了目前我国城市社区居家养老服务中存在 的问题；通过对丰台区 2015 年开展社区居家养老服务的 6 家养老照料中心的调查走 访发现，其中 5 家机构的日常服务中没有专业社会工作者的参与，因此通过对这 5 家机构的调查，了解这些社区内老年人的需求，主要包括个性化服务的需求、心理关 怀的需求、专业护理服务人员的需求以及实现自我价值的需求。对唯一有专业社会工 作者介入服务的机构进行了重点调查，从该机构社会工作介入城市社区居家养老服务 的内容与方法两方面入手，通过对具体案例的详细阐述以及社会工作介入城市社区居 家养老服务达到的效果的分析，证实社会工作介入城市社区居家养老服务是可行的。 目前，由于专业社会工作者数量的欠缺，在一定程度上无法满足老年群体多样化 的服务需求。因此本文以城市社区的老人对居家养老服务的需求为出发点，通过社会 工作介入后，发现在一定程度上能够满足老年人多样化的需求，以此来突出社会工作 介入城市社区居家养老服务是可行的。并希望通过社会工作专业方法的介入来完善和 提升城市社区居家养老服务的服务内容与服务质量。 关键词: 社会工作介入 城市社区 居家养老首都经济贸易大学硕士学位报告 社会工作介入城市社区居家养老服务的可行性研究 II Abstract In China's elderly population is numerous and under the situation of old before getting rich, in on many pension mode continuous exploration and attempt, combined with family and institution endowment of home care model arises at the historic moment, in our country has been widely promoted. The research object of this paper is the city community home care services, is currently more realistic pension needs, and in accordance with a pension social economy trend. In recent years, our country city community home-based care services has been rapid development, has been covered in some city and urban district. The related literature were consolidation analysis, summarizes the problems existing in the present our country city community home care services; through of Fengtai District in 2015 to carry out community service of aged care at home six nursing care center survey found that visit, which five institutions daily services without the involvement of professional social workers. Through the survey of the five institutions, therefore, to understand the needs of the elderly community, mainly including personalized service demand and psychological demand, professional nursing care of service personnel needs, and realize self value. The only professional social workers involved in service were the focus of the investigation, from the institutions of social work intervention content and method of urban community home endowment service two aspects, through the analysis of specific case in detail and social work intervention of urban community home pension services to achieve the effect of confirmed intervention of social work in urban community home care services is feasible. At present, due to the lack of the number of professional social workers, the elderly can not meet the diverse service needs at a certain extent. Therefore the elderly in urban community of home care service demand as starting point, through the intervention of social work, found in a certain extent to meet the needs of various aged, in order to highlight the intervention of social work in urban community home care services is feasible. And hope to improve and enhance the service content and service quality of the urban community home care services through the intervention of social work professional methods.
