摘要
随着教育市场化的进程加快,非学历教育机构的培训学校也如雨后春笋般地
兴起,已成为我国教育市场上不可或缺的重要力量,并在改变着越来越多学习者
们的生活。在这种非学历教育培训市场种,音乐类培训受到了越来越多的人重视
然而,这些民办音乐类培训学校大多缺乏完善的人力资源管理制度和管理能力,
在一定程度上制约了学校的发展。在这类学校中众多人力资源问题中,最普遍现
象就是缺乏完善且有效的绩效管理。因此,这类学校要想取得更好的发展,如何
进行高效的人力资源开发已成为他们必须面对的难题。如何有效地开发和管理人
力资源、提高人力资源的整体和能力进而提升工作效率已成为学校在激烈竞争市
场取得竞争有事的关键所在。设计并有效地施行一套健全的绩效管理体系,已成
为这类学校必须要去解决的重要课题
本文紧密结合教育转型的社会背景,在对国内外绩效管理相关理论进行总结
的基础上,对学校绩效管理的重要作用、意义以发展现状趋势的分析,结合绩效
管理最新知识讨论学校绩效体系的创新、建立、执行、跟踪、评价,从民办培训
学校的实际出发,以某A音乐培训学校为例,分析该学校绩效考核现状,并在此
基础上设计一套行之有效的绩效考核办法。以期通过对该学校绩效管理体系的设
计和实施,为该校能够在未来实现良性发展提供坚实理论和制度支撑,并期望该
绩效的设计能够为我国此类民办学校提供借鉴,推动我国民办培训机构健康持续
地发展,让更多学校和学习者们共享制度改革带来的甘露和红利

Abstract
With the acceleration of the marketization of education,training schools for
non-diploma education institutions are also springing up to become an indispensable
and important force in the education market in China,and are changing the lives of
more and more learners. In this kind of non-diploma education and training market,
music training has received more and more attention. However,most of these private
music training schools lack perfect human resources management system and
management capabilities,which restrict the development of the school to a certain
extent. Among the many human resource issues in such schools,the most common
phenomenon is the lack of sound and effective performance management. Therefore,
for these schools to achieve better development,how to carry out efficient human
resource development has become a problem they must face. How to effectively
develop and manage human resources,improve the overall capabilities of human
resources and improve work efficiency have become the key to the school's ability to
compete in a fiercely competitive market. Designing and effectively implementing a
sound performance management system has become an important issue that such
schools must solve.
This paper closely combines the social background of education transition. Based
on the summaries of domestic and foreign performance management theories,the
important role and significance of school performance management is analyzed with the
development status trend,and the latest knowledge of performance management is
discussed to discuss the innovation of school performance system,Establish,
implement,track,evaluate,from the actual conditions of private training schools, take
an A music training school as an example,analyze the status of performance assessment
of the school,and on this basis design a set of effective performance assessment
methods. Through the design and implementation of this school's performance
management system,it will provide a solid theoretical and institutional support for the
school to be able to achieve benign development in the future,and hopes that the design
of this performance can provide a reference for such private schools in China and
promote the private-run training institutions in China. The continuous development of

health has enabled more schools and learners to share the nectar and dividends brought
about by institutional reforms.
