Abstract
Accounting profession has been in recent years a large number of professional
personnel of special fire, choose the professional at the same time it means a huge
employment pressure, so many people flock to this occupation would make people
think that accounting work is likely to be a happy work, at the same time, the job
matching may affect higher vocational accounting graduates will work in the future
well-being, and explore the relationship between the two. For this reason, we have
done enough research work, and consulted lots of documents and data. Then we
analyzed the employment status quo of accounting talents in higher vocational
colleges, and discussed the relationship between job matching and job happiness.
This paper from the perspective of job matching theory, literature review of the
related research, the reality of the accounting work, combined with higher vocational
talents, establish the relationship model fit and happiness of the corresponding science,
and according to the proposed hypotheses, by using statistical analysis the inspection
work fit on the well-being of different dimensions. This paper adopts the method of
questionnaire in higher vocational colleges has entered the job of accounting
graduates for the survey, issued online questionnaire, 374 valid questionnaires, using
statistical software to collect the data of the main conclusions of the analysis
descriptive statistical analysis and regression:
(1) whether or not to engage in financial and accounting posts has limited influence
on the job happiness of Higher Vocational and technical college graduates.
(2) the higher the job matching of the accountants, the higher the job happiness is, the
higher the job happiness is.
(3) the job matching degree of the accountants who do not engage in financial and
accounting work has no significant influence on their job happiness.
At the end of this paper, some enlightenment and suggestions are given in view of the
conclusions of the study.
III
(1) individual personnel should strive to improve their job matching. Make a good job
analysis and make clear the match with the self.
(2) higher vocational colleges should reform the training mode of financial and
financial personnel to realize the cooperation of school and enterprise and the
combination of work and engineering.
(3) in the process of recruitment and selection, enterprises should pay attention to the
consideration of the factors of work matching.
