Abstract
Inthepresentsociety,theroleoftalentsisbecomingmoreandmoreimportantto
theenterprise.Itisoneofthenecessaryconditionsforasuccessfulenterprisetoretain
talent.Thispaperselectsthehighrateoflossof2013-2016yearsoftalentPScompany
astheresearchobject,designthequestionnaireissuedtothecompanystaff,through
questionnaires;PScompanyofficialwebsitethebasicinformationofemployeesand
collectdata,andcombiningwiththedomesticandforeignscholarsonthetheoryonthe
lossoftalentfromthegender,age,education,lengthofserviceandotheraspectsofthe
analysisoftheexistingstaffofPScompanyandthelossoftalent,fromthesalary,
training,recruitmentmechanism,workenvironment,occupationplanningfiveaspects
summedupthereasonsforthehighrateofbraindrainofPScompany,andputsforward
thecountermeasuresandsuggestionsforsolvingthesefiveproblems.Theproblemof
highrateofbraindrainisverycommoninmodernenterprises,andthehighrateofbrain
draininPScompaniesiscausedbymanyfactors.Manyofthesefactorsarealso
commonproblemsexistinginmodernenterprises.Thispaperputforwardsome
suggestionsaccordingtotheabovefactors,hopingtoincreasethedegreeofattentionto
businessproblemsofbraindrain,tosolvetheproblemofthelossoftalenttoprovide
helpandreference,allowenterprisestodevelopfasterandbetter,andadapttotheneeds
ofcurrentsocialprogress;alsohopethatpeoplecanimprovethejobsatisfactionand
happinessindex,stabilizedinthemostsuitableforyourwork,playtotheirstrengths,
theuse,accordingtotheneedsoftheirowndevelopmentgoalsandconstantlyimprove
theirabilityandduty,atthesametimeforthedevelopmentoftheeconomy.
