本文研究的是 M 公司冰箱项目投资在财务方面可行性、项目可能面临的风险、
以及是否有效的手段以应对、化解或降低风险，对指导中国家电企业海外投资的
研究具有一定的指导意义
为了有效的分析和评价项目的财务状况和风险，本文从以下方面进行阐述：
首先：对财务评价和风险分析的理论、概念进行了梳理，从相关财务综合评
价体系的指标分析项目、内容、作用及评价标准等方面进行阐述，同时对风险分
析概念、作用进行说明，并对风险分析通常包括的风险因素识别、风险分析、风
险大小的评价以及风险应对等方面的内容进行研究
其次：对 M 公司项目投资的基本概况进行了介绍，从项目投资的所面对的各
种环境因素及需要的财务回报等方面，分析了财务评价和风险分析的必要性
再次：从投资可行的角度论证 M 公司冰箱投资项目的可行，通过盈亏平衡分
析、敏感性分析等分析论证项目的各项财务指标均达到并超过公司设定的目标，
能够给公司带来经济效益，同时能带动公司海外市场和国际化的拓展
最后：对 M 公司项目投资在日常经营过程中可能遇到的主要风险进行了识别
和分析，以判断是否对项目产生重大的影响，同时有针对性提出风险应对的思路、
方法和建议

ABSTRACT
Enterprise when carries on the important project investment and decision-making,
in addition to the usual must carry on the dimension of product, market analysis and
argumentation, a job is very important on the financial feasibility analysis of the project,
and on the basis of financial work, the project need to face all kinds of risks would be
able to get effective control, therefore, to ensure the project under the condition of the
controllable risk, to the daily business to function properly, and can develop along the
expected direction and target.
This paper studies the M refrigerator project investment feasibility, the project may
face in terms of financial risks, and whether the effective means to cope with, dissolve
or reduce the risk, to guide the research of the Chinese electrical appliances enterprise
overseas investment has a certain guiding significance.
In order to effectively to analyze and evaluate financial status and risk of the project,
this paper expounds from the following aspects:
First: the financial evaluation and generalizes the concept and theory of risk
analysis, from the analysis of relevant financial comprehensive evaluation index system
of project, elaborates the content, function and evaluation standard, as well as the risk
analysis of the concept, function, and the risk analysis usually include the size of the
risk factors identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation and risk response of the content
of the study;
Second: the basic situation of the project investment of M company are introduced,
from the project investment faced by various environmental factors and need financial
returns, etc., analyzed the necessity of financial evaluation and risk analysis;
Again, from the view of investment feasible M refrigerator investment project is
feasible, through break-even analysis, sensitivity analysis and demonstration project of
various financial indexes reach and exceed targets set by the company, can bring
