体系采取的方法；然后，构建好桥梁项目应有的绩效评价体系，包括绩效评价体
系指标具体是什么；最后，通过 MSD 开发投资公司 CX 大桥项目进行绩效评价应
用，得出结论

Abstract
In recent years, with the development of the national economy, the construction
of infrastructure projects, which has been playing an important role in promoting
regional economic development, ensuring people&39;s living standards and enhancing
national strength, has been being carried out. As problems that can not be overlooked
exist when the above-mentioned projects are under construction, performance
evaluation should be conducted. The paper describes the reasons for importance of
performance evaluation of infrastructure projects, the ways to define performance
evaluation, the key indicators to performance evaluation system of projects belong to
development and investment enterprises, and how to build a performance evaluation
system specifically designed to evaluate the performance of the bridge projects. Then
the system applied to the CX bridge project of MSD development and investment
company is proved to be comprehensive, targeted and operable. Overall, it will make
great sense to similar infrastructure projects.
The article basic structure is as follows. Firstly, on the basis of introducing
meaning and responsibility of the government platform company, we analyze its
business nature and draw the conclusion that the performance evaluation of the
infrastructure project to the government platform company is needed. Secondly, the
introduction of research on performance evaluation at home and abroad is shown.
Next, we discuss the theories used in the performance evaluation of infrastructure
projects and the methods used to construct the evaluation system. Then, we build a
complete performance evaluation system of bridge projects, including definite
indicators. Finally, we apply the performance evaluation system to the CX bridge
project of the MSD development and investment company, and come to the
conclusion.
The article combines quantitative methods with qualitative methods when
constructs performance evaluation level and the whole process of performanceevaluation system. The relevant indexes of performance evaluation system are
obtained by analytic hierarchy process discussed below. The index values of different
dimensions are mainly obtained by comparative analysis and case law, then the final
conclusion is gotten. The advantage of CX bridge project performance evaluation
system belongs to MSD development and investment company is that it can not only
show the good and bad of the infrastructure projects in a number of dimensions, but
also compare the similar projects or similar enterprises to others.
