摘要
中国的陶瓷行业虽然经过了几代人、几十年的发展,但到目前为止仍然是以数目众多的中小企
业为主体构成的行业。面对国内外日益激烈的竞争形势,中国的陶瓷企业如何发展壮大,管理模式
如何改进,这都将引发陶瓷行业从业者更多的关注和思考
本文以淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司企业文化建设为研究对象,通过对淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司的企业
文化进行深入分析,进而提出企业文化建设改进的相应的建议:在企业内加强对企业文化理论知识
的学习,要基于企业和行业发展现状对企业进行客观的企业文化测评,在测评基础上探讨文化与战
略如何更好地耦合,根据现实情况适当地进行文化变革,增加人文关怀;发挥公司管理部门的企业
文化建设作用,动员全员参与,增设沟通渠道,通过分配股权等方式加大对中层管理者的激励。从
管理学视角出发,通过剖析其企业文化,结合其十余年的发展历程,希望为中国同类型的陶瓷类中
小企业的长远发展提供借鉴
本论文一共分五章:第一章介绍了写作背景、国内外研究动态现状、研究思路和方法。第二章
阐述了企业文化概念及相关理论。第三章主要对淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司企业文化建设现状进行了总
体描述。第四章对淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司企业文化建设过程中存在的主要问题进行了归纳和分析
第五章针对淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司企业文化建设中存在的问题提出相应的改进措施
本文的研究结论:根据淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司企业文化的建设现状,结合企业文化的相关理
论。本文认为淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司在企业文化建设方面取得了一定的成绩,但也存在一定的问
题。淄博宏大陶瓷有限公司从哲学层面确定了企业的发展方向,明确了“通过积累财富实现人生价
值”的企业价值观,提炼出“团结、实干、开拓、卓越”的企业精神,确立了“利益服从道德”的
企业道德,提出了对员工进行“德商”教育的新理念,在实践中完善了各项制度文化。但也存在着
文化建设滞于文化发展的需求、企业文化变革存在阻力和障碍、文化建设缺乏有效手段等主要问题
和挑战。最后经过分析研究提出成立专门的企业文化建设队伍等解决措施,进而提升企业文化建设
的水平,增强企业的核心竞争力

Abstract
China&39;s ceramic industry, although after several generations of people, decades of development, but so
far is still a large number of small and medium enterprises as the main body of the industry. Facing the
increasingly fierce competition at home and abroad, China&39;s ceramic enterprises how to develop and grow,
how to improve the management model, which will lead to more attention and thinking of the ceramic
industry practitioners.
This paper takes Zibo Hongda enterprise culture construction ceramics Co. Ltd as the research object,
through in-depth analysis of the Zibo Hongda ceramics Limited company enterprise culture, and to improve
the construction of enterprise culture in the enterprise in the corresponding recommendations: strengthen
the learning enterprise culture theory, based on the development status of the enterprise and industry
objective measurement and evaluation of the corporate culture of enterprise culture and strategy, to explore
how to better the coupling in the evaluation on the basis of appropriate cultural change according to actual
situation, increase the humanistic care; the construction of enterprise culture play role management,

This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter introduces the writing background, domestic
and international research trends, research ideas and methods. The second chapter describes the concept of
corporate culture and related theories. The third chapter mainly describes the status quo of the enterprise
culture construction of Zibo Hongda Ceramics Co., ltd.. The fourth chapter summarizes and analyzes the
main problems existing in the construction of enterprise culture of Zibo Hongda Ceramics Co., ltd.. The
fifth chapter puts forward the corresponding improvement measures to the problems in the construction of
the enterprise culture of Zibo Hongda Ceramics Co., ltd..
The research conclusions of this paper: according to the status of the construction of enterprise culture
of Zibo Hongda Ceramics Co., Ltd., combined with the relevant theories of corporate culture. This paper
believes that Zibo Hongda Ceramics Co., Ltd. in the enterprise culture construction has made certain
achievements, but there are some problems. Zibo Hongda Ceramics Co. Ltd to determine the direction of
the development of enterprises from the angle of philosophy, the through the accumulation of wealth to
realize the value of life corporate values, refine the unity, hard work, pioneering and excellence spirit of
enterprise, established the “interests obey business ethics”, puts forward a new concept ofMQ
education for employees, improve the system of culture in practice. But there are also the main problems
and challenges, such as the cultural construction, the demand for cultural development, the existence of
resistance and obstacles, the lack of effective means of cultural construction and so on. Finally, through the
analysis of the establishment of specialized enterprise culture construction teams and other solutions, and
thus enhance the level of corporate culture, and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
