competition in the market, to better grasp the current development opportunities, reduce the
impact of unfavorable factors, to achieve steady and healthy development of enterprises The
key depends on whether the fUmiture enterprise has high efficiency and strong executive
ability. However, efficient execution must rely on excellent executive culture to provide
strong support and guarantee. To solve this problem, the author and Xindu District furniture
Park Management Committee staff said, in the park HFJ fiimiture company as an example,
based on the execution culture construction carried out in-depth research, a detailed
understanding of the status of implementation of the company culture, and through the use of
multi-level and multi operator type two fuzzy mathematical model the HFJ execution culture
construction of system diagnosis and scientific evaluation,find the HFJ fiimiture company in
the construction of cultural execution in (1) leaders lack of attention, mental location is not
high; (2) self strict requirements, leading to poor; (3) the top-level design is not real, the
system is excellent; (4) two-way interaction is not much, poor communication; (5) the system

第1章引言
1.1研究背景
随着我国经济社会发展进入“新常态”,经济发展方式从粗放增长型向集约增长型
进行转变,经济结构由扩能增量为主转变成为做优增量和存量调整并存的深层次的调整
进行转变,经济发展的动力也由传统增长点向新的增长点进行转变。面对经济发展的新
形势、新变化,企业赖以生存的市场环境变得越来越复杂,当前大多数的企业都遭遇到
了生产管理、产品设计、产品销售等方面的诸多瓶颈。许多企业都在找寻良好的解决之
道,但似乎始终缺乏一种长效而实用的机制来保障企业的健康可持续发展。而近年来,
企业执行文化建设越来越受到人们的重视,在新的经济形势下,对企业执行力文化的系
统构建和创新能否对企业长期健康发展有所帮助,值得我们进行深入思考和研究。W
在当前经济处于结构性调整的关键时期,作为劳动密集型的家具企业,更是面临着
巨大的冲击和挑战,能否在当前复杂的经济环境和激烈的市场竞争中,更好地抓住当前
的发展机遇,减少不利因素的影响,实现企业稳步健康发展关键取决于家具企业是否

HFJ家具公司作为四川省成都市家具园区内一家知名家具制造和销售企业,近年来,
在执行力文化的建设中进行了一些尝试,并结合企业实际开展和实施了 “3个1”企亚
执行力文化建设工程,但是执行效率不高、执行效果不理想等问题,依然没有得到有效
的改善和解决,因此,对企业的后期以及长远的发展造成了一定的影响。WHFJ家具企
业同新都区的大多数家具企业一样,虽然已经对执行力文化的构建进行了关注,并且也
结合自身实际进行了尝试和实施,但是对执行力文化的构建缺乏系统思维,没有结合科
学理论来进行执行力文化的建设,往往都是根据企业主的主观思维和个人经验来付诸实
施。通过以HFJ家具公司为实例,运用科学有效的分析方法,对其执行力文化进行全方
位的系统诊断,全面掌握HFJ家具公司执行力文化的现状以及存在的问题和不足,结合
