中医哲学在企业管理中应用研究,是对中医哲学和企业管理两大领域的交叉研究,对中
医哲学和企业管理具有重要价值

本研究通过概述气一元论的本体观、天人合一的社会观、形神合一的生命观、阴阳
学说的恒动观、五行学说的系统观五大中医哲学思想,基于取象比类思维考虑人体系统
和企业系统的关联耦合,从中医五行理论(木、火、土、金、水)到人体五脏功能(肝、
心、脾、肺、肾),与企业管理构架五大核心系统(企业人力资源管理、企业顶层管理、
企业文化管理、市场管理、财务管理)进行一一对应分析,继而剖析企业管理的中医哲
学表达,结合企业管理中存在的问题,对应医学研究对象,从医学思维对企业管理问题
进行改善,并从医学思维将企业管理看做一个特殊生命体,以系统分析思维,综合企业
信息传递机制和企业诊断、治疗、预防构建企业管理机制,证明应用中医哲学分析企业
管理的可行性;从健康与疾病观看企业战略,从人体的健康指标着手,让人体保持健康
是一个动态过程,企业战略正是有效确保企业健康运营的大方向,选择恰当的发展战略
对于企业而言无疑象征着是否健康的问题;系统整体观是一个人的健康与否需要考虑人
体的各种身心因素,打通人体的经络脉象正如一个企业组织结构的构建,上通下达、纵
横交错;预防养生观考虑一个人所处环境多变性,需要结合生存环境,提前预防生病,
在生病后要及时诊断,进行治疗并养生恢复,对应企业管理表现为企业管理存在的问题
及改进对策;伦理观是人体所处环境中,人与环境发生关系,需要保持和谐才得以健康
生存,这就需要企业保持伦理观,对内对外保持髙度责任心,良好的履行社会责任。即
从企业战略、企业结构、企业诊断和企业责任四方面进行分析,与企业管理的具体应用
相对应,中医哲学观体现在健康与疾病观、系统整体观、预防养生观和伦理观

在对中医哲学与企业管理关系的分析基础上,本研究选择山东信东投资有限公司为
例,应用中医哲学思想剖析信东投资公司集中爆发提现危机的运营问题。在案例应用分
析中,从中医思维的五大管理功能系统对信东公司运营情况进行分析,发现信东公司髙
I 层管理战略错误,一味扩张业务规模,忽视业务风控,导致公司组织结构丧失作用,公
司人力资源能力不足,最终导致资金链断裂,究其原因在于信东公司发展战略定位偏差,
组织结构功能失效,对抗性治疗,只治标不治本,信东公司责任心不足,员工专业性不
强,门店管理混乱,商业性强,一味迎合客户,最终导致信东公司贷款端业务和理财端
业务脱节,出现资金链断裂,爆发提现危机。在本研究中,通过从理论和实践两方面的
研究,均验证了中医哲学和企业管理的密切性,也说明了中医哲学用以指导企业管理的
重要意义,进一步丰富我国中医哲学思想,也对企业管理研究开辟新领域

n RESEARCH ON THE APPLICATION OF CHINESE MEDICINE PHILOSOPHY
IN ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT
ABSTRACT
There is a dose relationship between philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine and
enterprise management. Since ancient times, China&39;s traditional Chinese philosophical
thought is applied to the rule of the case, the philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine have
the characteristics of comprehensive and system, also has rationality in the enterprise
management. The application of traditional Chinese medicine philosophy in enterprise
management is a cross research on the two fields of TCM philosophy and enterprise
management, which is of great value to the philosophy of traditional Chinese medicine and
enterprise management.
In this study, through an overview of Qi monism ontology, harmony society, one spirit
view of life, the concept of perpetual motion system, the theory of yin and yang theory of the
five elements of the concept of five Chinese philosophy, analogy thinking human coupling
system and business system based on the theory of five elements (from traditional Chinese
medicine wood, fire, earth, metal and water) to human viscera function, and the fiinction of
enterprise management system (human resources management, senior management, culture
management, product management,business / financial management) of correspondence
analysis, TCM philosophy expression and then analyze the enterprise management, combined
with the problems existing in enterprise management, research object the corresponding
medicine, medical thinking of the improvement from the enterprise management, and
enterprise management as a special life from medical thinking, by systematic analysis,
comprehensive enterprise information Transfer mechanism and enterprise diagnosis,
treatment and prevention of the construction of enterprise management mechanism, prove the
feasibility analysis of application of traditional Chinese medicine enterprise management
philosophy; enterprise strategy from health and disease watch, starting from, the health
indicators of the human body, to maintain the health of the human body is a dynamic process,
the enterprise strategy is to ensure the healthy operation of the direction of enterprise, choice
m appropriate development strategies for enterprises is undoubtedly 狂 symbol of health

management problems and Countermeasures of performance management for the industry;
ethics is the human environment, the relationship between man and environment, the need to
maintain harmony to healthy living, which requires enterprises to maintain external ethics,
maintain a high degree of responsibility to fulfill social responsibility, good. The analysis
from four aspects of enterprise strategy, enterprise structure, enterprise diagnosis and
responsibility, specific application and enterprise management corresponding to Chinese
philosophy embodied in the concept of health and disease prevention, a systematic view,the
concept of health and ethics,
Based on the analysis of the relationship between Chinese philosophy and enterprise
management, this research chooses Shandong Xindong Investment Limited company as an
example, the application of traditional Chinese medicine philosophy analysis Sington
investment company focused on the outbreak of operation of the cash crisis. In the case
analysis, from the analysis of the letter east company operation carried out five major
management functions of system thinking in traditional Chinese medicine, found that top
management Sington corporate strategy mistakes, blindly expand business scale, ignoring
business risk control, resulting in loss of function of the organizational structure of the
company,the companys human resources ability is insufficient,resulting in capital chain

from end end there, capital chain rupture, the outbreak of the crisis. In this study, through
studying the two aspects of theory and practice, have verified the close of Chinese philosophy
IV and enterprise management, illustrates the important guiding significance to Chinese
philosophy of enterprise management,to fUrther enrich the Chinese traditional philosophy,but
also open up new areas of research on enterprise management.
