ZGYZ 公司作为国内的大型重工装备制造企业,在长期的市场竞争中取得
了一定的行业地位,但自身依然存在诸多问题,比如管理体制落后、缺乏长期发
展战略、改革创新主动性不足等问题。本文在企业创新发展战略的理论基础上以
ZGYZ 公司作为研究对象,通过多种研究方法对其进行分析研究。运用 PEST 模
型对 ZGYZ 公司的外部环境进行分析,同时分析公司内部资源和能力,了解和
掌握公司自身的优势劣势以及面对环境的机遇和挑战;采用 SWOT 分析法构建
确认公司创新发展的战略方向,并提出从人才结构创新、机制创新、管理创新等
层面的创新战略。最后,制定出符合 ZGYZ 公司发展的企业创新战略,并在此
基础上提出战略实施的保障举措,保证了创新战略实施的可行性,确保发展战略
得以落实
本文拟通过对 ZGYZ 重工企业内外环境的现状分析,研究制定有利于企业
发展的创新发展战略,并提出具体举措保障战略的顺利实施,对于研究探讨整个
装备制造业的发展战略,促进其加快转变发展方式,实现科学健康的可持续发之
路提供建议

The development of equipment manufacturing industry play a decisive role to the
entire social and economic development,after decades of development of it,equipment
manufacturing industry in our country has made great progress, However, with the
development of the society it is facing many problems and challenges.
ZGYZ company is large heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises,and
achieved a certain status in long-term competition in the industry market, but still
there are many problems of their own, such as backward management system, the lack
of long-term development strategy, insufficient innovation initiative and other issues.
In this paper, based on the theory of innovation in the enterprise development strategy
to ZGYZ companies as the research object, through a variety of research methods for
the analysis.This article through the use of the theory of corporate strategy PEST
model to analyze ZGYZ company&39;s external environment, simultaneous analysis of
internal resources and capacity to understand and master the company&39;s own strengths
and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and challenges of environment. Using
SWOT analysis to confirm and build the company&39;s strategic direction of innovative
development, and propose innovative talents from the structure, mechanism
innovation, management innovation and other aspects.In the end, the accord with
ZGYZ enterprise innovation strategy for the development of the company, and based
on this, advances the strategic implementation safeguard measures, ensure the
scientificity and feasibility of the innovation strategy implementation, to ensure that
the development strategy are implemented.
This article through the analysis of the status quo of ZGYZ heavy industry
enterprise internal and external environment, study and formulate conducive to the
development of enterprise innovation and development strategy, and puts forward
concrete measures to ensure the smooth implementation of strategy, to research the
equipment manufacturing industry development strategy, promote its to speed up the
transformation of the mode of development, the road of sustainable development of
science and health advice.
