本文对国内外房地产行业的发展现状进行了综述,结合企业战略管理的基本理论,
对河北建投城镇化建设开发有限公司的基本情况、财务能力与资源状况等方面进行分析,
寻找公司目前发展过程中存在的问题及原因。通过SWOT模型,对公司所处的内外部环
境做了分析,并在此基础上,利用SWOT分析矩阵提出了战略发展的选择方案,明确了公
司发展的战略目标,并提出了公司发展战略的实施及保障措施

Abstract
Since 2003, China&39;s real estate industry experienced a decade of swift development. This
progress within the real estate industry plays an important role in China’s economic growth.
However, the sharp growth of the real estate market potentially indicates that the market may
be overheated. In response to the risk of a housing bubble, state and local governments in
China introduces several regulations and measures to balance the demand and supply in the
real estate market. State and local governments effectively utilize these policies to
demonstrate the determination and strength to protect the market. These policies, indeed,
significantly impact the land supply and housing price-of-change indicator.
First, this case study explains the purpose and significance of the research and
summarizes the current trend of strategic development in domestic and foreign real estate
companies. In addition, the summary provides key ideas and essential research methods in the
case study. Next, the case study delivers existing problems in the HCIG Urbanization
Construction Development Co.Ltd. based on an analysis of its overall performance, financial
management capacity, and existing resources. Using the SWOT analysis, the case study states
the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats the HCIG Urbanization Construction
Development Co.Ltd. faces internally and externally. Furthermore, the use of SWOT analysis
matrix is put forward to the development of the strategic options, and then the target of
developmental strategy of HCIG Urbanization Construction Development Co.Ltd. Finally, the
case study lists implementation of the strategy of developing HCIG Urbanization
Construction Development Co.Ltd. and safeguard measures, and proposed the implementation
of the strategy should pay attention to the problem. I hope some of the local or overseas the
development of small and mediumsized real estate companies also has certain reference
significance.
