Abstract：In twenty-first Century, the wave of information technology swept the
world, becoming the core technology of Chinese economic and social change.
Southwest JS Design Company of civil aviation as the traditional state-owned
monopoly enterprises, management level is relatively backward, to adapt to the
implementation of civil aviation infrastructure construction and meet the challenges of
the market gradually opening up policy, Southwest JS Design Company of civil aviation
to do information construction as the carrier, in order to improve the enterprise
management level and management efficiency, through the construction of information,
reduce operating costs, improve the core competitiveness of enterprises, but in the
process of information construction encounter many problems and constraints, This
paper uses the relevant theory, and learn from the successful experience and measures of
a large number of domestic and foreign enterprise information construction, combining
the SWOT analysis matrix, and puts forward some concrete measures for the
information construction, such as adapt to the situation, raise awareness, actively carry
out the information construction, make information system construction and good
planning; do four security for information construction. In this paper, the construction
strategy is proposed to promote the process of information construction of the company
in a special period, improve the competitiveness of the company, in order to face the
challenges of future opening market.
