与此同时，在一系列企业运作流程当中，采购管理流程是其中最为复杂和关键的
组成部分。采购管理流程与企业供应链上几乎所有的管理节点相关。良好的采购管理
流程能够帮助企业提升供应链整体效率和缩减成本，从而提升整体供应链的绩效水
平。但当前采购管理流程中的步骤冗余、目标差异、信息不畅、服务不佳等问题仍然
突出且顽固
本文着眼于电子制造企业采购管理流程，选取 Y 公司作为具体的研究对象，在夯
实概念与理论基础和回顾总结前人研究成果的基础上，基于问卷与 AHP 层次分析相结
合的方法，先对 Y 公司采购管理状况进行评价；在此基础上，对 Y 公司采购流程的优
化对策
即加强对Y 公司采购管理流程的信息化升级、Y公司供应商管理环节的流程优化、
Y 公司采购环节标准模块的流程优化三个方面的优化对策。为保障 Y 公司采购管理的
持续优化，本文最后还提出了公司高层的高度重视与支持参与、要保持合理的人员配
备、建立适应公司战略的采购组织、不断持续改进的流程优化、建立有效的管理保障
机制

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, with the rapid development of information technology, the electronics
manufacturing industry is faced with both opportunities and challenges, which has made
electronics manufacturing enterprises think about the optimization and reformation of their
inner management mode, aiming to develop the core competitiveness in the whole market.
At the same time, with clear operation standard, various functional organizations,
processes are the basic carrier of the management activities of organizations and always
play an important role in the long-term development of enterprises.
Business process optimization is the core element of purchasing management and
supply-chain management, which has made business process optimization activities should
comprehensively pay attention to the every stage of supply-chain and conquer various
problems, such as stage redundancy, goal incompatibility and information island.
This article focused on the purchasing management process in electronics
manufacturing enterprises. More specifically, this article introduced in the case object of Y
Company, with the summary of relative theories and research and the application of
questionnaire combined with AHP method. At last, this article evaluated the status of
purchasing management process in Y Company, and put forward corresponding
optimization countermeasures.
The optimization countermeasures included: (1) to strengthen the information upgrade
work of the purchasing management process, (2) to optimize the process of supplier
management link, (3) to standardize the module of purchasing management.
