究内容及方法等;第二章为本文的理论基础,梳理并说明了本文用到的管理学理
论及方法;第三章以 A 家族企业为例,阐释了 A 企业引入了职业经理人前后发生
的一系列变化,并分析了这些变化的原因;第四章深入分析了家族企业引入职业
经理人的必要性,重点阐释了目前职业经理人融入家族企业的主要障碍;第五章
着重从规范职业经理人市场,完善内部管理机制两方面,提出了促进 A 家族企业
与职业经理人双赢发展的对策和建议

After a primitive accumulation and the enterprise scale reaching to a certain
extent, it is an inevitable trend for the family business to proceed the second startup.
One of crucial factors of the development and expansion of enterprise is how to
successfully introduce the professional managers who are suitable for the enterprise
development. This thesis adopts theories and methods of management, takes A
company as an example to interpret and illustrate the related issues and causes in the
process of introducing professional managers into the family business, and thus tries
to seek the win-win development strategies for both family business and professional
managers.
This thesis is divided into five parts. The first chapter is the introduction part,
which introduces the research background, the significance of the research, the main
research contents and methods, etc. The second chapter is the theoretical basis for this
thesis, which shows and illustrates the use of management theories and methods
presented in this thesis. The third chapter takes A family business as an example to
present a series of changes before and after introducing professional manager into the
business, and analyzes the causes of these changes. The fourth chapter makes
an in-depth analysis of the necessity of introducing professional managers into the
family business, and mainly elaborates and illustrates the main obstacles for the
professional managers incorporating into family businesses. The fifth chapter
emphatically analyzes from the two aspects of standardizing the professional manager
market and perfecting the internal management mechanism, and proposes the
strategies and suggestions of promoting the win-win development for both A family
business and professional managers.
