本文在对中蒙皮革加工产业现状及产业链进行梳理的基础上，对中蒙皮革加
工项目进行了 PEST 分析和“波特五力模型”分析。以 ZBBE 集团的皮革加工项目
为案例，在基础数据收集与预测的基础上，首先进行了投资环境分析和财务分析
评价，在盈利能力上，该项目投资收益高、回收快，财务收益预期较好，盈利水
平较高；在清偿能力上，资产负债率比较合理，偿债能力和筹资能力良好，投资
风险较小；在项目敏感性分析上，经营收入对该项目投资利润率的影响大于经营

investment, and puts forward countermeasures to deal with the risks from Mongolian

enterprises&39; investment risk, investment structure and foreign exchange risk
management. Suggest. Finally, from the domestic marketing model, foreign marketing
model, marketing strategy and other aspects of the ZBBE Group for the leather
processing project proposed investment advice.
