Enterprise development strategy is about the development of the enterprise, is to
the enterprise development strategy in long-term and integrity, sexual problems
scientific practical counsel, innovative, unique, simple solution.The current real estate
market is facing a new development environment, increasingly fierce market
competition, real estate development enterprises need to develop a set of scientific and
effective development strategy, in order to better alignment in the process of developing
direction, consolidate ability, steady progress. Enterprise development strategy is by the
enterprise development strategy features decision. Based on the related theory and
operating characteristics of the real estate industry, to study and formulate the ST real
estate development group future 10 years of development strategy in the future. First of
all, introduced the ST real estate development group present situation; Secondly,
analyzed the external environment and internal conditions of ST real estate development
group; Third, ST real estate development group was determined by the SWOT analysis
of strategic positioning, strategic objectives and development idea in stages; Finally, On
the basis of the above ST strategic safeguard system of real estate development group,
including control mode and organization structure optimization, function guarantee
system security system and enterprise culture. In this paper, by using relevant economic
models of enterprise strategy analysis, around the strategic transformation, railway real
estate enterprises develop with characteristic of railway real estate enterprise
development strategy. The SWOT analysis method is applied to study the common
enterprise development strategy at home and abroad, but the applications of railway real
estate enterprise has its uniqueness.This paper aims to enhance the market
competitiveness of ST Real Estate Development Group Co., Ltd., to ensure the
sustainable development of enterprises.
