摘要
自从加入 WTO 之后,我国的汽车产量、销量开始进入高速增长阶段,特
别是近几年,由于人民生活水平的提高和收入增加,汽车产品价格下探,乘用
车需求量更是开始急剧增加。我国逐渐成为全世界最大的汽车生产国和销售国。
随着汽车产业的高速发展,国内外汽车集团加快了对中国市场的新车型研发与
投放,汽车行业的竞争越来越残酷。
发动机被称为传统汽车的"心脏"。能够开发出环保节能的具有自主知识产
权的发动机,才可以称得上开发出真正的自主品牌汽车。汽车产品的研发是一
项系统工程,涉及的技术面广,非常复杂。发动机研发也是一样,具有高度的
技术性和复杂性。对这种复杂的工程,除了要求企业具有先进的研发设备、优
秀的研发人才外,还需要有科学高效的项目管理方法。在汽车工业发达的国家,
项目管理的应用十分普遍。世界前几名的主流大型汽车公司,已经形成了专为
汽车行业定制的,具有公司特色的项目管理标准流程和方法。 近几年,由于国
内自主研发的兴起,项目管理的应用也处在不断的发展的过程中。
本文以笔者所从事的汽车行业为背景,以 JL 公司自主开发汽油发动机为
案例,对项目管理在发动机开发领域的应用进行分析和研究。从项目范围、项
目工作结构分解,项目进度计划制定,项目进度控制管理,项目质量管理等方
面,对该项目进行研究。分析企业在该项目中遇到的问题和解决方案。总结 JL
公司发动机自主开发项目管理的经验和不足之处,并对 JL 公司项目管理中带有
普遍性的问题提出对应策略。本文的研究对后续自主开发项目有一定借鉴意义,
也可供其它自主牌企业参考和借鉴。

Abstract
Since China&39;s accession to the WTO, China&39;s car production and sales grow at a
high rate of speed. Especially in the recent years, the people&39;s income growing fast,
and the price of car fall comparatively, the demand for cars began to soar. China
gradually become the world&39;s largest automobile market. With the rapid development
of auto industry, auto groups at home and abroad increased the investment in
development of new models and launched plent of vehicals. Auto industry
competition is more and more fierce.
Engine is known as the &39;heart&39; of a conventional car. A vehical with a self-brand,
environmental protection and energy saving enigne can be said to real self-brand cars.
Automotive product development is a very complicated systematical engineering. To
developement a new engine, in addition to request enterprise with advanced R&D
equipment, plenty of skilled engineers, also need to have scientific and effective
project management methods. In the developed countries, the application of project
management is common. The big carmakers in the world have already formed the
custom designed and standardized project management processes and methods for
automobile industry. In recent years, due to the rise of self development of local
carmakers, the application of project management is in the continuous development
process.
In this paper, taking automotive industry as the background, JL company
independent development of gasoline engine was taking for study case. The
application of project management in the field of engine development was analyzed
and studied. The project scope, project work structure breakdown, project timing
control management, project quality management, etc., were analyzed. Summary the
project management experience in this engine development project. This experience
is good for the following project and also can be shared with other automakers in
China.
