本文首先对国内外海归创业、新创企业绩效、企业家社会资本、企业家精神与创业
机会等相关理论和文献进行了综述，深入分析了海归创业者社会资本、企业家精神、创
业机会等创业要素之间的相互联系，构建了海归创业三要素与新创企业绩效的关系模
型，并且提出相应研究假设；其次，运用问卷调查法收集到 120 家海归新创企业数据，
综合使用统计软件对数据进行分析，包括相关性分析、信效度检验、共同方差检验和结
构方程模型分析等，了解海归人员创业的基本概况，验证了理论模型和研究假设；最后，
针对上述研究结果进行讨论，并且从海归创业者和公共政策制定等角度，提出提高海归
创业成功率和创业品质的对策建议，包括增加海归创业者社会资本的质和量、培育海归
创业者的企业家精神、识别开发有价值的海归创业机会等，进一步指出文章后续研究展
望
本文主要得出以下研究结论：①海归社会资本对新创企业绩效不存在直接影响作
用，但企业家精神和创业机会等其他创业要素均对新创企业绩效产生正向影响；②海归
创业者企业家精神在社会资本和创业机会中起完全中介作用；③海归人员创业机会在企
业家精神与新创企业绩效之间起完全中介作用；④海归创业者社会资本与新创企业绩效
之间存在着“社会资本→企业家精神→创业机会→新创企业绩效”的中介传导机制。研
究表明海归创业者融合社会资本可以激发企业家精神从而寻找获得有效创业机会、实现
新创企业绩效的提升，研究结论拓展了创理理论，对新常态下中国海归新创企业绩效提
升有重要的启示

Abstract
The success of returnees has lead to innovation. As the improvement of China&39;s business
environment and support overseas talents innovation entrepreneurship policy, China appeared
the returnees entrepreneurial community. But due to the long living abroad, lack of domestic
social capital accumulation, and new entry defect of start-up, lacking the support of resources
holders and customers, which makes the returnees startup dilemma facing external resources.
At the same time, entrepreneurship is a complex phenomenon, and the social capital,
entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial opportunities also influence the entrepreneurial
performance, but the influence path of is not known. This study tries to reveal the black
box of how returnees entrepreneur social capital influences the performance of new ventures,
which is helpful to enrich the entrepreneurship theory and can provide suggestions for
entrepreneurial practice.
At first, the paper combed the entrepreneur social capital, entrepreneurship research
related theory and literature at home and abroad systematically, analyzes the relationship
among the overseas entrepreneur social capital, entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial
opportunities and start-up performance in-depth, build the influence mechanism model of
overseas entrepreneur social capital to the performance of new ventures; Secondly, the paper
uses the method of questionnaire survey to collect data, using software to do with the analysis,
structural equation model analysis with the sample of 120 returnees entrepreneurs, test the
conceptual model validation theory hypothesis; Finally, the author discusses the research
results and puts forward some suggestions on how to improve the success rate and
entrepreneurial quality of returnees from the perspective of returnees and public policy
makers, including increasing the quantity and quality of the returnees entrepreneur social
capital, foster returnees’ entrepreneurship, recognize valuable returnee entrepreneurial
opportunities, then points out the article further research prospects.
This paper draws the following conclusions: (1)Returnee entrepreneurs’ social capital is
not significant to the start-up performance directly, but other entrepreneurial factors such as
entrepreneurial spirit and entrepreneurial opportunities are positively correlated with the
performance of new business; (2) Returnees’ entrepreneurship plays the intermediary role in
entrepreneurial opportunity and social capital; (3) Returnees’ entrepreneurial opportunities
plays the intermediary role in entrepreneurship and new ventures performance; (4) The
transmission mechanism between returnee entrepreneurs’ social capital and startup
performance is social capital to entrepreneurship to entrepreneurial opportunities to startup
performance. Research shows that returnees’social capital can stimulate the entrepreneurial
spirit so as to find a effective entrepreneurial opportunity, realize the ascension of startup
performance.The results also expand the business management theory, and has important
revelation to returnees startup performance improvement under the new normal Chinese.
