增长放缓、结构调整和动力转换是经济新常态的基本特征。随着经济增速放缓，
中国将不再依赖大规模经济刺激政策，政府也将容忍和允许部分风险浮出水面。经济
新常态给信托行业发展带来挑战，房地产、产能过剩、行业风险暴露增加，传统业务
开展形势严峻，促使信托行业开启转型之路。经济新常态下中国政府将通过改革释放
经济增长潜力，这也为信托行业带来新机遇。中国政府在国有企业、资本市场、资本
要素等领域的各项改革的持续推进，以及监管机构对各类信托业务的持续规范，为信
托公司带来新的发展空间
针对以上背景，本文从企业转型的角度入手，转到金融行业，进而再深入到信托
行业并具体到 AE 信托公司。通过对企业转型理论、信托理论以及核心竞争力理论的
梳理，对国内外信托行业的发展和现状进行对比，从 AE 信托公司的经营现状出发，
介绍了其作为信托行业中典型的一员，自 2014 年初至今经历的转型之路以及详细案
例，分析其取得阶段性成果和相应的不足，并提出转型进一步深化的对策建议。本文
认为，信托的本源是“受人之托、代人理财”。其中，业务模式是信托公司的核心，
信托公司的转型主要是业务模式的转型。AE 信托公司必须提升主动管理能力，加强
对政策的解读，加大对创新的投入，提升信托产品的竞争力，并继续深耕财富管理，
丰富财富管理的手段，加速投资者教育，以确保增强自身的核心竞争力，在转型之路
上更进一步

Abstract
The slowdown in growth, structural adjustment and power conversion are
fundamental features of the new economic situation. With the slowdown in economic
growth, China will no longer rely on large-scale economic stimulus, the government will
also tolerate and allow part of the risk surfaced. The new economy has brought challenges
to the development of the trust industry. Real estate, overcapacity and industry risk
exposure have increased, and the traditional business has developed a situation that has led
to the transformation of the trust industry. Under the new economic situation, the Chinese
government will release the economic growth potential through reform, which also brings
new opportunities for the trust industry. The Chinese government in the state-owned
enterprises, capital markets, capital elements and other areas of the continuous
improvement of the reform, as well as regulators of various types of trust business
continuity norms for the trust company to bring new development space.
In view of the above background, this paper from the perspective of corporate
transformation, to the financial industry, and then further into the trust industry and
specific to the AE Trust Company. Based on the theory of corporate transformation, trust
and core competence, this paper compares the development and current situation of
domestic and international trust industry. Based on the current situation of AE Trust
Company, it introduces it as a typical member of the trust industry. The transformation on
the road from the beginning of 2014 and detailed cases, analysis of its achievements and
the corresponding shortcomings, and put forward the further deepening of the
transformation of the proposed recommendations. This paper believes that the origin of the
trust isentrusted by the people, generation financial management. The business model
should be the core of the trust company, the transformation of the trust company is the
business model of the transition. AE Trust Company must enhance its ability of the
management, strengthen its interpretation of the policy, increase investment in innovation,III
enhance the competitiveness of the trust products, and continue to deepen the wealth
management, enrich the means of wealth management, accelerate investor education to
enhance its core competencies and then move further on the road to transformation.
