益生产的方法进行改善,从而提高了企业的市场竞争能力

ABSTRACT
Lean Production was born on Middle of 20 century. It was
developed and formed according to Toyota Production System. Aim of
Lean Production is to eliminate waste with continue improvement in
order to reduce cost. After 60 years development, Lean Production
becomes recognized best production management method. Most of big
enterprises reduced cost and increase competence with Lean Production
implementation. Manufacturing industry in China is not advanced, few
enterprises successes by Lean Production implementation. Most of
enterprises implementing Lean Production are limited by Kanban, Pull
or lean tools application. No one focus on how to build up a system to
support continues impartment. Based on summering lean production
developing history and theoretical principle, this paper describes CSBS
company' lean production introduction process and effectiveness
evaluation. The clue is that from company current situation to explain
necessary and feasibility, then it mentions implementation preparation of
hardware and software, then use value stream planning tools to design
solution, finally, it mentions process orientation, pull system, etc. eight
aspects results. This paper mentions that CSBS lean production
implementation benefits auto industries, also proves lean production
active influence for auto part industries and raise attention item for lean
production implementation.
This paper focus on advanced theory and practical method,
systematically analyses practical production process, then find waste and
apply lean tools to improve production process, finally increase
company competence in market.
