One Mall shopping center is located at Upper west of Beijing which is the new regional commercial hot spot, and arouses unlimited value in the situation of Olympic economy, environment and supports of government.
Surrounded by a legion of luxury residential, technology and learning areas for the “western aristocrats”, like Zhongguancun high-tech district, Wanliu district and the century city. The business circle effects the high-tech living district like Haidian mountain-back district and Qinghe, Shangdi, Huilongguan etc. Besides, the elites residential areas highly concentrated by Xishan Villa group and west Chang’an street also belongs to the cycle. 项目北侧为重要的公共交通节点,集中了地铁、公交、公用汽车停车场(规划中)等公共交通设施,以及庞大的私家车流

Content:
One Mall shopping center is located between Third Ring Road and Fourth Ring Road in the northwest, circled by roads in 3 directions. It can be reached through urban transportation corridors, featuring convenient and fast access by transport, and is on the convergence center of 3 major wealth circles: Zhong Guan Cun, Beijing upper western residential area and Shangdi IT area.
On the North of the project are the major public transport nodes. There are MTR, mass transit, public car parking (under planning) and other public transport facilities, with daily transfer flow of 30,000 people and large flows of private cars.
