本文便着眼于分析 FDI 对中国汽车产业效率的影响，介绍中国汽车产业的
现状及引入 FDI 的概况，通过外资传导纬度提炼出汽车产业效率的考查范围，
并基于理论和实证研究详细分析 FDI 对中国汽车产业效率的具体影响，其中一
一针对考察范围的变量选取衡量指标，先用相关矩阵分析筛选出主要变量，再经
过多因素方差分析的进一步检验认可后做回归分析，实证分析过程中结合前人研
究成果做了一定的时滞调整。通过这些分析本文总结出中国汽车产业引入 FDI
后面临的风险，并针对性地分别从企业和政府层面提出政策建议，为中国探究一
条真正的“汽车强国”之路。

Abstract
The Chinese reform and opening-up witnesses the rapid development of the
Chinese automobile industry. As foreign direct investment (FDI) flows into the main
development areas of China, the Chinese automobile industry grows increasingly
stronger. With integration of recourses and deepening of professionalism within these
areas, the Chinese automobile industry has already formed six industry clusters. FDI
influences the automobile industry in various latitudes, and plays an important role in
China’s becoming the world’s biggest country of automobile production and sales.
However, the introduction of FDI also brings risks to the Chinese automobile industry,
which needs the combined efforts of all enterprises and the government to guide FDI
to accelerate the development of the China automobile industry with more efficiency.
This thesis focuses on the correlation between FDI and the efficiency of China
automobile industry. The current situation and the introduction of FDI will be
reviewed; the measure of industry efficiency will be proposed; the detailed influences
of FDI on the efficiency of the automobile industry will be analyzed in both
theoretical and empirical ways in accordance with the influence latitudes, in which
time lag is taken into account. Subsequently, the risks brought by FDI into the China
automobile industry will be summarized, so that the strategic alternatives can be put
forward in both enterprise and government level.
