电子商务的实现过程中需要对信息流、资金流、商流和物流进行整合运作。
随着信息技术的不断发展,前三种“流”已经能用计算机和网络通信设备瞬问
实现,而必须在网下实现的物流成了电子商务最耗时的一个部分,一笔电子商
务的快捷与否就决定于物流了。对涉足电子商务的制造商、零售商、门户网站
和物流公司而言,首要的问题是解决物流模式的决策问题,在不同的环境下,
需要根据具体的情况进行物流决策,组建最适合企业自身的物流模式。
本文在充分借鉴美国电子商务物流的经验的同时,深入探讨了中国电子商务
企业主体应如何选择适合自己的物流体系问题。论文采取理论结合实践、定性
结合定量的方法,通过实例对自营物流、第三方物流进行了详细的论述,并简
要讨论了物流联盟模式。在对以往物流评价标准进行改进与完善的基础上,提
出了企业物流战略评价的基本框架和程序,并重点研究了怎样用层次模型法对
物流模式进行决策的问题。
本文的内容分为六章,其中第一章为导论部分;第二章为电子商务与物流
概述;第三章介绍了物流模式的相关理论与3种物流模式;第四章介绍了美国
电子商务物流;第五章为中国电子商务物流的发展,及几种主要的物流模式的
应用;第六章从定性和定量2方面介绍了物流决策的方法,并以88518为例作
出了实证分析。

The new management conception taking e-commerce as the core will
regenerate the economicaI structure and the business management model.
Realization course of e-commerce should integrate the four flow:
information、fund、trade and Iogistics.With the help of digital and
communicationaI technology.E—commerce can integrate the previous three
flows。but can’t solve the Iogistics problem.For the company which setting foot
in the e—commerce.the primary problem iS making the decision of logistics
mode.Urider different environment,the company must choose the different
logistics mode.
This essay,through deeply research the e·commerce logistics situation of
United States.probing into how to choose the suitable mode In China.The
paper use two methods to analyze the problem:theory combines practice;
qualitative analysis combines quantitative analysis.The author give the
detailed analyses on seIf-build Iogistics and third party Iogistics,and Dut
forward a new model(109istics alliance).On the basis of improving the past logistics
evaluation criterion。this paper sets up a new evaluation framework of the
business logistics strategy wjth method of AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process).
