采购代理行业在世界经济一体化浪潮的到来和信息化的发展,整个人类社会不断产
生着巨大的化的背景下面临着非常严峻的形势和挑战。要想来适应时代的发展,需要从
内部外部调整整体的战略。在作为企业经营中的重要组成部分的采购受到了来自内部和
外部的新环境的冲击时,采购活动同样也避免不了。所以原有的采购管理方式已经不能
为企业再提供强有力的支持,也不能够再适应新环境的要求。而具有系统化、专业化、
整体性特点的集中采购管理模式是一种新兴的、广泛的管理形式,渐渐成为业界关注的
焦点。
本文研究的主题是对采购代理管理模式进行分析,本文选取A公司为范列进行讨
论。在文中,全面细致的介绍了A公司目前的采购代理情况,找出公司在采购代理方面
存在的问题,并对此问题产生的各种因素进行剖析,以此总结出各种因素的特点,根据
研宄分析的结果,提出相应的改进措施和解决办法。解决问题的方法可以是多样性的,
可以在成本降低方面做文章,也可以通过促进和改善与政府相关部门的关系,增加代理
的渠道也是有用的方法,还可以改善和提高供应商对质量的管理层面,通过以上多个方
面确定有效的方法,来进行解决问题。
