当前我国农业与农业经济已经进入了一个全新的历史发展时期,传统农业也开始

向现代农业转变。在这一转变过程中,农业企业发挥着非常重要的龙头”作用。农业

企业的成长过程也是广大农民与农业经济的成长过程,其成长情况依赖于各种复杂的

内外部环境,企业成长性指标可以很好的衡量企业持续发展的能力。通过对企业成长

性的考察与评价可以让管理者更好地了解企业当前的运营和发展情况,并能根据评价

结果对企业的发展战略进行适时调整;也能够帮助投资者更清楚地了解企业未来的发

展潜力,为其投资行为提供一定的参考。因此,对公司成长性的研究具有现实意义。

本文就在成长性相关理论的基础上研究了湖南雪峰山农业集团的成长性,并根据成长

性研究结论给出了相应的评价和建议。

本文首先回顾梳理了企业成长性方面的相关文献与相关理论;然后,在此基础上,

对湖南雪峰山农业集团成长历程中的创业初期、业务整合发展期和综合发展期三个阶

段的成长特点与发展战略进行了详细分析与介绍。其次,探讨了湖南雪峰山农业集团

当前的两个主要成长模式,即房地产与农业项目发展模式以及农业基地与仓储物流一

体化模式。最后,评价得出湖南雪峰山农业集团的两种成长模式能够有效的适应内外

部环境并能够合理利用集团内部资源形成规模优势,但是相对于国际上的一些大型农

业企业来说仍然有着一定的不足。文章结尾在技术、品牌建设、产业布局等方面给出

了优化湖南雪峰山农业集团成长环境的对策建议。

Abstract

Current agriculture and agricultural economy development have entered a new

historical period in China, and fraditional agriculture develop mode began to turn towards

to modern agriculture develop mode. Agricultural enterprises play a very important leading

role in this process. Agricultural economy and farmers will also grow with the agricultural

enterprises. But the development and the growth of an agricultural company depends on a

variety of complex internal and external environment. Enterprises growtii can be a good

indicator to measure the ability of sustainable development in the company. The

management can get a clear picture of the development of the company through enterprises

growth of a company, so they can adjust the development strategy of the company

according to the evaluation results of the growth properly. The enterprises growth can also be

a reference to investors and the investoent behavior. Therefore, the research of the

enterprises growth of a company has practical significance. The paper regards the Hunan

Xuefengshan Agricultural Group as research object

Firstly, the paper reviews the relevant literature and theory of enterprises growth

respectly, on this basis the paper introduced the growth characteristics and development

strategies of three different stages in Hunan Xuefengshan Agricultural Group, namely the

start-up period, the integration period, the comprehensive period of entrepreneurship.

Secondly, the paper explore two different growth mode in Hunan Xuefengshan Agricultural

Group, that is real estate and agricultural development mode and agricultural basement

mode and warehousing logistics integration mode. Finally, the paper evaluated tiie growth

in Hunan Xuefengshan Agricultural Group. The basic evaluation result is the two growth

mode in Hunan Xuefengshan Agricultural Group can effectively adapt to the internal and

external environment , but compared with some large agricultural enterprises

internationallythe growth in Hunan Xuefengshan Agricultural Group still has some

shortcomings. At the end of the article, some proposals are made to optimize the

environment in Hunan Xuefengshan Agricultural Group.

来的经营能力和发展趋势,更能为企业制定长远战略计划提供依据。成长性这一课题

已成为企业股东、高级管理人员及企业债权人等其他利益相关人员高度关注的焦点之

一,而企业成长性这一课题也构建了其未来价值所在。因此,企业成长性作为关系企

业发展过程中不可忽略的因素之一,已成为企业管理者以及众多学者共同关心的话题。

农业是我国国民经济的基础,新型农业化的生产方式面临着新时期的发展机遇,
