绩效考核是每个公司都要面临的一个重要问题,也是公司在衡量与评价一个员工业
绩好坏的难点。本论文在总结归纳绩效考核的一些新理论和分析研究了人力资源管理的
一些基本理论的基础上,对HD车桥有限公司已有的绩效考核体系进行了深入并且详细
的研究。在研究过程中,釆用了走访座谈、发放调査问卷等形式,收集整理了一些反映
实际情况的资料,并对其进行了分析。
对于公司的员工的不同层次的考核特点,针对公司实际情况以及存在的一些问题,
设计优化了绩效考核体系,即建立了基于分类分层的绩效考核体系、建立了以战略作为
导向的KPI指标考核体系、基于完成项目的进度情况的体系、以及构建了对于一个完整
的绩效考核结果的应用流程的几个方面,提出了优化后的绩效考核体系的具体实施措施
和过程。本文将360度绩效考核法、目标管理法以及关键绩效指标法的思想相结合,将
这些方法结合起来使用,建立了以岗位目标及完成公司任务为导向,员工的综合素质以
及能力和工作业绩的绩效考核指标体系。
实现企业组织战略目标,增强企业旳核心竞争力是本文最重要的意义所在。设计出
来的绩效考核体系对于很多的企业都具有一定的现实参考价值和意义。

Abstract
A good performance evaluation is every company must facing an important problem of
the company, and it is difficulty to measure and evaluate a performance is good or bad. This
paper summarizes the performance appraisal in some of the advance theory and analyzed the
human resource management of some basic theory on the basis of HD axle company has
performance appraisal system to carry on the thorough and detailed study. Through the
questionnaire, interview, and combined with the actual situation of the company collecting
and sorting data, and then and carries on the analysis. For the company's staff of different
levels of the evaluation characteristics, in view of the practical situation and the existing
problems,the optimized design of the performance appraisal system,namely, to establish the
hierarchical classification based on the performance evaluation system, the establishment of
the strategy as oriented KPI index evaluation system, based on the progress of the projects of
the system, and build for a complete application of performance assessment result some
aspects of the process, and put forward the optimization of the performance evaluation system
of the concrete implementation measures and process. This paper combining the 360 - degree
performance evaluation method, target administration method and key performance index
method, method and combining with the use of the establishment of the target position and
complete the task as the guidance, the staffs comprehensive quality and ability and the work
performance of the performance evaluation index system. The meaning of the thesis is to
benefit to the enterprise organization strategic target realization and can enhance the core
competition of enterprises. Designed to the performance appraisal system for many enterprise
has the certainly realistic reference value and the significance.
