摘要
当前是知识大爆炸的时代,是瞬息万变的时代。在这样的时代,知识的获得和能力
的提升对每一个参与社会生产的个人来说必不可少,对一个团队甚至一个经济实体来
说,也是极其重要的。不能更新知识结构,不能进行自我创新和变革,必将被创新者颠
覆,被时代所抛弃。知识的获得、知识结构的更新、自我变革和创新,对于个人来说最
重要的是学习能力,对于一个团队和组织来说,影响因素来自多个方面。从系统论和管
理学的角度考虑,在经济实体的组织运行机制中融入学习机制,建立学习型组织,健全
组织的认知能力和记忆能力,实现组织学习,是当前管理学界提出的一种理想化的理论
和方法。该理论从个人的知识结构更新、能力提升入手,通过优化组织结构和组织运行
机制,建立组织的学习机制和自我创新机制,实现个人和组织的自我超越,从而提升整
个组织的竞争能力。这种学习型组织理论,近年来在国内外有大量的研究实践,其理论
体系日益完善,理论意义广被接受,并在实践中逐渐显露出其强大的生命力。

在这个领域,本文研究探讨了构建学习型组织理论、内涵和模型,分析了构建学习
型组织的发展阶段、运行机制和核心内容,丰富了学习型组织理论的研究成果,深化了
理论认识,为指导构建学习型组织实践提供了理论基础。

另外在实践应用方面,本文针对ZGSW杂志社所面临的外部环境和所具备的内部
条件,阐释了当前杂志社全面建设学习型组织的必要性和可行性,认为学习型组织构建
是当前传统媒体向新媒体融合发展的有力保障,是杂志社改革创新、自我超越的动力源
泉。同时结合学习型组织构建理论知识,分析了当前杂志社构建学习型组织存在的主要
问题,在此基础上,针对ZGSW杂志社设计提出了构建学习型组织总体方案和实施措
施,为杂志社优化组织结构、建立学习机制提供了切实可行的方法途径。希望这能够为
ZGSW杂志社的自我超越和转型发展有所裨益,对其他同类型期刊的组织管理建设起到
参考作用。

Abstract
With the rapid development of science and technology, we have entered the
era of knowledge economy. The large amount of knowledge and rapidly growing
knowledge update is unbelievable. For any economic entity, in order to catch up
with the dramatic market environment and survive, the laws of development of
things must be followed.We must constantly update our knowledge structure,
innovate learning mechanism to acquire new skills.
In recent years, the concept of the learning organization has been widely
concerned by global management scholars. Learning organization conforms to
the needs of the modern market economy.lt is important to improve the quality
of individual employees, through organizational learning and continuous
innovation to obtain self-transcendence and implementation, and ultimately to
improve the overall competitiveness of the enterprise.
For building a learning organization, this paper discussed the learning
organization theory, content and model, analyzed the development stage,
operation mechanism and core content of constructing a learning organization.lt
can be looked as a theoretical guide to build a learning organization.
In this paper, We take ZGSW magazine as a research object.We conducted
a study to analyze the current internal conditions and external environment of
building a learning organization.After discussing the necessity and feasibility,We
think a learning organization is the power source of self-transcendence for a
traditional media's integration, reform and innovation.This paper analyzed the
