这些危机事件的发生透露着我国乳品企业管理方式上的缺陷,乳品企业只有通过管理
方式的变革才能从根源上避免危机的发生,实现可持续发展。但是我国乳品企业却仅
仅停留在危机处理的层次,通过简单地承担一定的社会责任来挽回自己的形象,效果
甚微。为了探讨适用于我国乳品企业的更加有效的管理变革方式,本文以创造共享价
值作为战略指导,利用系统动力学方法,对我国乳品企业创造共享价值机制进行了深
层次的探讨。
本文首先对国内外创造共享价值研究的现状进行回顾和梳理,然后对创造共享价
值相关理论和研究结果进行整理与归纳,概括出创造共享价值相关理论体系。阐述创
造共享价值的内涵,重点介绍了利益相关者理论、价值链、钻石模型和社会责任与创
造共享价值理论的内在联系。
接着,本文对我国乳品企业的发展现状进行了探究,阐述了我国乳品企业发展危
机,并将我国与外国乳品企业的发展进行了对比研究,最后利用价值链理论进行我国
乳品企业创造共享价值机会识别。通过分析找出了我国乳品企业发展中最为关键的创
造共享价值机会。
随后,利用系统动力学方法对我国乳品企业创造共享价值机理进行了探究,构建
了我国乳品企业总体系统和企业与关键利益相关者系统的创造共享价值因果关系图,
并对其进行了定性分析。在此基础上,对我国乳品企业创造共享价值影响因素进行了
实证分析,研究表明,创造共享价值策略能够同时提升企业及其利益相关者的价值,
但是需要长远眼光与持续的措施保证创造共享价值策略的实施。
基于前面研究,文章提出了我国乳品企业与其关键利益相关者创造共享价值机制
的构建方式,对我国乳品企业创造共享价值机制的建设具有一定的指导价值。
最后,将研究的结论进行总结,并明确了本文研究中存在的不足。由于时间等客
观条件的限制,不能深入企业内部进行长时间的调研,使论文研究有一定的局限性,
有待以后进行进一步的调查研究。

Abstract
In recent years, Chinese dairy industry’s crises take place frequently, which has caused
serious damage to the health of consumers and their own development. The occurrence of
these crises reveals the flaws of the dairy enterprises’ management. Only through changing
the way of management can dairy industry avoid the crises and achieve sustainable
development. However, these companies merely carried out crisis management by simply
assume certain social responsibilities to restore its image. And the effect is minimal. In
order to explore more efficient way to manage for Chinese dairy business, this paper
applies creating shared value as a strategic guide, using the system dynamics approach to
explore creating shared value system of Chineses dairy companies.
Firstly, the thesis gives the detail review of the current research of creating shared
value and sums up the current valuable research. Next, it introduces creating shared value’s
correlative theory in detail and describes the connotation of creating shared value,
highlighting the links between creating shared value theory and stakeholder theory, value
chain, diamond model or social responsibility.
Secondly, the paper explores the current development of China's dairy industry. The
paper generalizes Chinese dairy industry development crisis and gives the comprision
between Chinese and abroad dairy companies. Then it uses value chain theory to identify
the opportunities of creating shared value to help find the thrust for our dairy industry to
creat shared value.
Thirdly, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper uses system dynamics approach
to help explore the mechanism of creating shared value about Chinese dairy industry. It
constructs the causalities of between enterprise and key stakeholder system about creating
shared value and does the qualitative analysis. Then, it probes into factors of creating
shared value through empirical analysis, showing that creating shared value strategy can
enhance the value of the business at the same time promote its stakeholders’ value.
However, it requires long-term vision and sustained measures to ensure the implementation
of creating shared value.
Based on the previous research, the paper put forward suggestions about how to create
shared value for Chinese dairy industry and its key stakeholders in order to contribute to the
construction of creating shared value mechanism.
Finally, the paper summarizes the conclusions of the study, and points out the defect of
