摘 要

大连远东企业集团是一家原料采购、生产及跨国的制造业集团。在集团原料釆购及

产品销售过程中,存在大量经由第三方完成的物流活动。由于行业及产品特性原因,物

流活动存在货品价值高,总货值大的特点。近年来,受集团高速扩张及宏观经济形势的

影响,企业出现资金链紧绷的状况。根据远东集团的现实情况,本文认为在采用适当贸

易融资模式的情况下,远东集团不仅能够达到缓解资金流,而且能提升市场竞争能力。

本研究根据远东集团的实际生产业务需要,分析资金占用的关键环节,梳理出具体的贸

易融资需求。针对市场上存在的贸易融资产品和模式做出对比分析,并对远东集团现有

的贸易融资模式的选择与实施进行分步论述。基于远东集团的现实情况及业务背景,提

出最适合远东集团的贸易融资模式,并针对不同的模式组合进行经济效益对比与分析,

以解决远东集团在扩张及发展中所面临的融资难题,缓解流动资金压力,减少资金占用,

提高整体资金使用效率,最终达到增强集团市场竞争能力的目的。

Research of Trade Financing Model for TE Group

Abstract

Dalian headquarted Top-Eastern Group of Companies (TE Group) is one of world's major

high speed cutting tools manufacturer with raw material procurement, production and

distribution network spanning through several continents. Since the implementation of the

global strategy of TE Group, high value raw materials and products are transported over the

globe intensively and large amount of cash is occupied. In recent years, rapid expansion of TE

Group and slowdown of global economy have made TE Group facing tight cash flow.

According to the TE Group's operations background,this paper considers the integration of tiie

supply chain and logistics through the financial activities of the company to ease the financial

pressure, enhance the competitiveness of the realistic choice. Based on the business needs of

the production of TE Group, analyzes the key aspects of the funds used to sort out the logistics

of specific financial needs. Make a comparative analysis of the logistics for the presence on the

market of financial products and models,and the implementation steps for TE Group logistics

finance elaboratedCombined with TE Group ,s customers trade,TE Group proposed a viable

financial model of logistics,logistics financial model to make an effective combination of

analysis,in order to solve the TE Group to achieve the scale of operations and the expansion

and development of financing,revitalize and improve the use of funds precipitated funds

efficiency while reducing settlement risk and enhance competitive advantage,and ultimately

improve crisis management capability.
