摘 要
我国被联合国列为世界上13个水资源匮乏的国家之一,严重的水环境污染使我国
水资源短缺问题更加突出。“十一五”期间,中国工业经济保持平稳较快发展,2009
P年中国制造业在全球制造业总值中的比例高达15.6%,成为全球第二大工业制造国。然
而,中国工业的快速发展产生了大量工业废水,造成了严重的环境污染。为此,中国政
府不断加强工业废水排放和处理的管理,为工业废水处理行业带来了良好的发展机遇。
K公司作为国内著名家电企业,在家电行业发展前景不容乐观的情况下,亟需拓展
业务范围,培育新的利润增长点,加快发展工业废水处理产业是最佳的选择之一。本文
遵循理论和实践相结合的原则,本着发现问题、分析问题和解决问题的思路,制定了该
公司发展工业废水处理产业的战略。
本论文的正文包括五个部分。第一部分是文献综述,介绍了企业发展战略理论和工
业废水处理理论。第二部分分析了工业废水处理行业发展的外部环境,主要是对宏观环
境和产业环境的分析。第三部分是对K公司内部环境的分析,包括人力资源、研发能力、
生产制造能力、市场营销能力和财务状况等。第四部分是对K公司发展工业废水产业的
SWOT分析。第五部分K公司制定了发展工业废水处理产业的战略规划。

Research on Development Strategy for K Company's Industrial
Wastewater Treatment Industry
Abstract
Our country is listed by the UN as one of the 13 countries lacking of water resources in
the world. Serious pollution of water resources makes the shortage of water in China more
and more outstanding. In the "11th five” period, China's industrial economy maintains stable
and rapid development. In 2009, the ratio of China's manufacturing industry in the global
manufacturing GDP was as high as 15.6%. China became the world's second largest
manufacturing country. Nevertheless, Chinese industry's rapid development has generated a
lot of industrial waste water. It not only exacerbates the shortage of water resources, but also
causes serious environmental pollution. Therefore,China's government continues to
strengthen the industrial wastewater discharge and treatment management, it brings a good
opportunity for the development of the industry in industrial wastewater treatment.
K Company is a well-known household electrical appliance enterprise. In the situation
that the development prospects of appliance industry can not be optimistic,the company
urgently needs to expand the business scope and to develop new profit growth point. This
thesis follows the principle of integrating theory with practice,and the thoughts of finding
problems,analyzing problems,and solving problems, formulates the strategy for the company
to develop industrial wastewater treatment industry.
The main body of the thesis has five parts. The first part is the literature review,
introduces the theory of the enterprise development strategy and industrial wastewater
treatment tiieory. The second part analyzes tiie external environment of industrial
development of wastewater treatment, mainly analyzes the macro environment and industry
environment. The third part is the analysis of the internal environment of K Company,
including human resources, research and development capability, manufacturing capability,
marketing capability and financial condition. The fourth part takes SWOT analysis for K
Company to develop industrial wastewater treatment industry. The fifth part draws up
strategic planning for K Company to develop industrial wastewater treatment industry.
