金融危机背景下武进区外向型企业的战略转型
——以常州永发照明器材有限公司为例

2008 年的金融危机,不仅是全球经济的一场灾难,还是对全球金融秩序以及各
国经济发展态势尤其是对中国这样的一直高速增长的发展中国家的一次深刻洗礼。金
融危机直接影响了中国外向型企业的发展,武进的外向型企业也不例外,面对国外市
场的大幅萎缩,出现了空前的倒闭潮。长期以来,武进一直沉浸在经济的高速增长、
产品出口销售全球的繁荣景象之中,却忽略了这种发展模式的巨大隐患。金融危机让
我们不得不再次反省外向型企业的发展模式,而之前众多企业面对金融危机措手不及
让这个问题显得尤其严重,危机后的企业生存发展战略值得研究。

论文首先简要回顾了此次国际金融危机产生的过程,分析了金融危机产生的深层
原因。此次金融危机始发于美国的次贷危机,从本质上看,是被政府相关政策人为拉
长而积聚了严重失衡的经济周期的一次硬性回归。此次国际金融危机导致世界经济大
幅放缓,全球经济出现衰退,世界贸易和国际资本流动均受到巨大影响,对我国外向
型企业冲击很大。论文随后进一步阐述了武进经济社会发展情况和武进近年来进出口
的发展情况,分析了武进外向型企业在发展中凸显的问题以及金融危机对武进外向型
企业的冲击。改革开放以来,武进积极推进对内对外双向开放,对外贸易持续增长。

但是,武进外向型企业多数都是从代工发展而来,自主创新能力不足、品牌价值低、
人才匮乏等长期积累的深层次矛盾和问题在金融危机的冲击下进一步显现,外向型企
业损失惨重。从而得出提高自主创新能力才能实现企业真正的战略转型,进而论文研
究探讨了武进外向型企业战略转型的一般途径,分别是主动型创新战略转型、联合型
创新战略转型和吸收型创新战略转型,并且针对企业的发展情况提出了适用的可行途
径,提出了武进外向型企业战略转型的支撑措施。以往针对外向型企业战略转型的研
究大多缺乏战略转型成功的实践基础,故本论文研究选取以金融危机背景下战略转型II
的一个成功案例对论文结论予以论证,相比之前的研究更具直接的实践指导意义。

Strategic Transformation Of Export-oriented Enterprises in
Wujin under the Background of the Context of Financial Crisis
---Take Changzhou Yongfa Lighting Equipments CO. LTD as an Example
ABSTRACT
In 2008, financial crisis is not only a disaster for global economy, but also a baptism
to the global financial order as well as the trend of economic development in some country
like China which is experiencing rapid development. Financial crisis directly made a
negative impact on export-oriented enterprises in China, and enterprises in Wujin are no
exception. Unprecedented waves of bankruptcy appeared in Wujin because of the sharp
decline of economic growth abroad. For a long time, Wujin enjoys rapid development and
well marketed products in the global market but turns blind eyes on the huge serious risk of
this kind of development. After crisis, we have to rethink the way of export-oriented
development which makes lots of enterprises feel unprepared. Consequently it is worthy
for us to make a research on enterprise development strategy after crisis.
This article, at first, briefly looks back the process of financial crisis and analyzes the
underlying reason of financial crisis. The financial crisis originated from subprime crisis in
USA. The financial crisis leaded to a great recession in global economy, a huge negative
impact on foreign trade and international capital flow as well as a heavy blow on
export-oriented enterprises in China. Then I add to my argument by illustrating the
situation of social development and the trend of recent export –import in Wujin. This
paper analyzes the obvious problem of development in export-oriented enterprises and
impact on export-oriented enterprises in Wujin. Since opening up and reform, the market
of Wujin has been engaged in domestic and abroad by which gives a boost to foreign trade.
However, most of export-oriented enterprises in Wujin developed from OEM. Some
underlying problems and deep contradiction will be more eyes-catching because these
OEMs are lack of the capability of independent innovation, low brand value and wanted
for talents. Based on above mentioned, the only way for achieving authentic strategic
transformation is improving capacity for independent innovation. Therefore this articleIV
discusses general ways to strategic transformations which are active innovation, joint
innovation and learning innovation, furthermore, based on the situation of development in
Wujin, it comes up with some suitable measures for strategic transformation. Most of
former research on strategic transformation of enterprises is lack of practice of successful
strategic transformation. Compared with former research, This paper has important guiding
significance because I choose a enterprise which is successful in strategic transformations
during financial crisis to support my argument.
