O2O 能否成功的关键在于供应链，而为了适应 O2O 的发展，线上虚拟世界和线
下现实世界的融合，必然引起供应链在战略、组织、流程、信息化等诸多方面的变革。

从而带来的风险，必须引起供应链风险管理的足够重视。本文运用供应链风险管理从
风险识别、风险评估、风险管理和企业连续运作管理的基本流程方法，通过鱼骨图、
风险类型维度、FEMA 潜在失效模式及分析找出 O2O 供应链风险的主要原因，然后
运用风险矩阵模型进行定量的风险评估，在此基础上进一步分析出现这些风险的原因
及其可能造成的负面影响，从而建设性地提出相关的风险管理对策和持续改善的方
法。目的是在充分发挥 O2O 新的商业模式优势同时，防范供应链风险的发生和对风
险发生后的应急响应，减少供应链风险的负面影响，通过对供应链风险的控制和管理，
降低企业成本，增加企业利润，促进企业发展。

Research on O2O Supply Chain Risks and Solutions
Abstract
The supply chain is the key to measure the O2O model success. In order to comply
with the development of O2O requirement, the fusion of online virtual world and offline
real world leads to the revolution of all supply chain areas including strategy, organization,
process and informationization etc. It needs to bring high attention of the supply chain risk
management. The thesis used the basic supply chain risk management process method
from Risk Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Management to Business Continuity
Management. Find out the main causes of O2O supply chain risks through fish bone
analysis, risk types dimension analysis, FEMA （Potential Failure Modes and Effects
Analysis） methods. Use O2O supply chain risk matrix to do quantitative analysis, dig into
the deep risk causes and measure the risks severity of impact. Then constructively propose
the O2O supply chain risk management solutions and continuity improvement plan. The
goal is one hand to enhancement strength of new O2O business model, the other hand to
prevent the supply chain risks, quick response after disaster, reduce the supply chain
severity impact. Throughout the control and manage the O2O supply chain risks to reduce
cost, increase benefits and accelerate the company development.
