存储海量大数据的主要地方,云计算资源在不久的将来就会像水、电等基础资源一样,

以灵活、弹性和成本低廉等优点为各行各业提供服务,这也是将来信息服务的重要形式。

研究如何提高云计算中心服务的稳定、可靠和安全具有非常重要的现实意义,我们除了

要加大云计算中心的基础设施及虚拟化平台等硬件的投资,更重要的是提高运行维护水

平,包括运行维护制度、流程和团队的能力建设,考虑到运行维护工作以人为本的特性,

有必要利用绩效管理的理论基础为运行维护团队定制一套绩效管理体系,帮助运行维护

人员认识到自己的不足,釆取有效的措施提高自己的能力和绩效。

本文以上海科技网宝山云计算中心为研究对象,通过分析其运行维护目标、运行维

护制度、主要流程和绩效管理的现状,找出存在的问题,并利用绩效管理和n服务相

关理论知识,提出一套注重过程和循环提高的绩效管理体系建设方案,希望该方案能帮

助宝山云计算中心的运行维护团队提升能力和绩效,同时希望能为其他数据中心的运行

维护管理提供有用的参考。

TheOptimization Research on the Performance Management System of

Baoshan cloud computing center

ABSTRACT

Cloud computing center is an important landing place of the cloud computing technology

and cloud-based services platform, which is also the main places to store huge amounts of

data. In the near future,acting as the roles that water,electricity and other basic resources

play in our daily life,cloud computing center will provides a variety of service for all

industries and be a significant mode of the information service with the advantages of

flexibility, elasticity and low cost. So it is very important to study how to improve the

stability, reliability and safety of the cloud computing center and related service. Besides

increasing hardware investment of the cloud computing center infrastructure and

virtualization platform, the more important part is to improve the level of operations which

includes operation system,process and teams' abilities; Considering the specificity of

operations staff,it is necessary to customize a series of performance management system for

operation teams, what will be benefit for operations staff to recognize self- deficiency and

take effective measures to strengthen the abilities and performances of themselves.

The paper takes STNC Baoshan cloud computing center as the research object, analyzing

the operation objectives,operation system,the main process and the current situation of

performance management of the center with theoretical guidance of performance

management and IT service related knowledge, in order to find out the existing problems .In

the final part of this paper,the author will propose a construction scheme of performance

management system, which focuses on process and circulating improvement. The plan will

help operation team of Baoshan cloud computing center to enhance the ability and

performance, while it will also offer a useful reference for the operations management of

other data centers
