摘要

并行工程是适应现代科技高度发展和市场激烈竞争的产品开发模式。近年来,

并行工程在美国、日本和西欧等世界知名汽车公司中得到普遍应用,在缩短开发周

期、提高产品质量、降低开发及生产成本方面取得很大成效。

国内的汽车工业也逐渐将并行工程管理方法引入公司管理体系,但由于经验、

体制等原因并未充分发挥出并行工程的优势。本文主要通过华晨金杯公司在新产品

研发项目中对并行工程控制方法的应用情况,分析其对整车幵发的时间、质量、成

本方面的作用。对并行工程实施的组织结构、管理流程及战略管理等方面加以探讨,

以期达到提升并行工程控制方法、提升企业竞争力的目的。

并行工程的有效实施需要相应的政策和环境支持。华晨金杯公司目前的职能型

及弱矩阵型组织机构严重阻碍并行工程的实施,粗糙的管理流程缺乏对并行工程支

持指导的价值,而战略管理能力是保证并行工程发挥功效的基石。本文将对如何改

进华晨金杯公司上述管理问题加以探讨,达到促进并行工程控制方法有效实施的目

的。

Abstract

Concurrent Engineering control methods In

Brilliance Jinbei Automobile Company's New

Vehicle Development Projects

ABSTRACT

The concurrent engineering method (CE) is one kind of mode which adapts to the

modern science & technology development and market competition very well. Recently,

in order to shorten the development cycle, improve product quality, reduce production

cost and gained great achievements, CE is used widely in the world famous auto

companies in USA, Japan and Western Europe.

Chinese auto industry also gradually realized the advantage of CE,but did not fully

exert the advantages due to experience and management system. In this paper, mainly

discuss the function of CE on timing, quality, cost etc by the new project of Brilliance

JinBei. Try to find some ways to improve CE and enhance the competitiveness of

enterprises, by analyzing the environment, organizational structure, management

processes and process management of CE.

Corresponding policies and environment is necessary for the effective

implementation of CE. The functional and weak matrix type organization of Brilliance

Jinbei seriously hindered CE, rough management processes is useless for CE, and

strategic management ability is the cornerstone of concurrent engineering function. This

paper analyzes how to improve the management of Brilliance Jinbei to promote CE.
